1. Get Coupons from KBZPay and enjoy discounts with QR payments Campaign is from July 22 , 2021 to August 19, 2021.
2. The purpose of Get coupons from KBZPay and enjoy discounts with QR payments Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1, 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to enjoy Buy Good Coupons by spinning the wheel when the countdown reaches 00:00:00 (9 Am in the morning) , and to use those Coupons at KBZPay Merchant/ Agent stores for QR Payments.
3. Customers can get the chance to spin the wheel via the KBZPay Campaign banner of KBZPay Customer application.
4. Customers are encouraged to spin the wheel and get Coupons as soon as the countdown on the Campaign page reaches 00:00:00 due to the limited number of Coupons issued daily. If the limited number of daily Coupons is complete, the activity will end for that day.
5. Customers can get one Coupon per day, and 3 times per week as maximum by spinning the spin wheel. In order to get more chances, Customers need to send sms (SMS charges will be applied by Customers) invitations to 3 people, who also need to participate in the Campaign by spinning wheel, for one more chance to spin the wheel once the countdown reaches 00:00:00 . Each Customer will have the maximum 2 more chances, after spinning the wheel for the first time, by inviting 6 people in total. Within a week, Customers cannot send the sms invitation to the same person more than once.
6. The countdown will disappear when the customers have no chance to spin the wheel.
If the customer missed his/her either 2nd or 3rd chance to spin the wheel when the countdown reaches 00:00:00 , he/she can carry out that chance to the next countdown within a week (Monday to Sunday).
7. Customers can use the Coupon(s) they have collected at KBZPay Merchants and Agents to get discounts when making QR payments. Customers need to use the Coupon(s) collected within 72 hours.
KBZPay Customers will receive the Coupon instantly into their KBZPay wallet – “My Coupons” under My profile.
8. The Spin Wheel prizes are as follow,
- 100 MMK Coupon
- 150 MMK Coupon
- 200 MMK Coupon
- 300 MMK Coupon
- 500 MMK Coupon
- 7,000 MMK Coupon
9. For coupon redemption, Coupons worth 100 MMK can be used for purchases over 500 MMK, 150 MMK Coupons for purchases over 750 MMK, 200 MMK Coupons for purchases over 1,000 MMK, 300 MMK coupons for purchases over 1,500 MMK, 500 MMK Coupon for purchases over 2,500 MMK, 7,000 for purchase over 35,000 MMK as each category.
Each Customer cannot use 3 Coupons at once for QR payments. Each Customer can start using the first 2 coupons for QR payments, and each coupon can be used for each purchase.
10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1,1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
11. Although all levels of KBZPay Customers can participate in Campaign, Level 1 Customers need to upgrade their accounts into Level 1.5 or 2, in order to make QR Payments at Merchants/Agents stores.
12. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
13. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during Get Coupons from KBZPay and enjoy discounts with QR payments Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
14. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
15. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
16. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
17. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
