“A Chance to win 1 Million Ks “Up to 10 Grand Prizes” Campaign AppsTerms and Conditions 

1. “A Chance to win 1 Million Ks “Up to 10 Grand Prizes”  Campaign period takes place from 17th March 2025 to 26th March 2025.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 ,KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account  if KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to fueling at the selected petrol station and pay one hundred thousand (100,000) kyats and above via KBZPay and above during  the Campaign period and can get a chance to spin the wheel and win the Cashback: 1,000,000 kyats, 1,000kyats, 500kyats and Coupon :100,000 kyats, 50,000 kyats and 10,000 kyats.
4. The minimum purchase amount is one hundred thousand (100,000) kyats per transaction and the Customer will get a lucky draw chance  by making payment of the minimum purchase via KBZPay successfully. One Customer can get two chances during the whole campaign to win the Cashback and Coupon. There are  limited Cashback and Coupon units available per day. If the limited Cashback and Coupon amount has reached, the Customer will not be able to receive a Cashback and a Coupon.
5. Customers can enjoy a spin wheel chance when they make a payment of one hundred thousand and above via KBZPay successfully at the selected Petrol Station listed in the table below.

6. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
7. Campaign is not available for the other payments aside from payment at the selected petrol station. 
8. The Coupon received from this Campaign can be redeemed according to the below conditions.

 The Customers can access the coupon by navigating to “Coupons” in KBZPay. Each coupon is valid for 7 days starting from the date of receipt. The coupon can be used again if you pay via KBZPay at selected petrol stations before its expiration date. According to the terms and conditions, the Customers  can  still redeem the coupon within the remaining  validity periods  even after the Campaign ends.

9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers who use KBZPay Application 5.5.0 and above version will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (8) if the Customers received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
10. Due to the Amount Limitation, the Youth Account cannot get the 1 Million Kyats Cashback instantly. Cashback 1 million kyats will be credited to the wallet of youth account users within one month after they win the cashback.
11. KBZPay Customerswho make payments at petrol outlets using Other Bank’s MMQR are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
14. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
16. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
17. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice at any time. 
18. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and selected petrol stations  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
20. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
21. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
