Win up to 1,000,000 MMK by onboarding new KBZPay users – Terms & Conditions

  1. “Win up to 1,000,000 MMK by onboarding new KBZPay users” Campaign for Merchants/Agents is from 23rd December 2021 to 1st January 2022. 
  2. Except for e-commerce shops and KBZPay employee agents, all KBZPay Merchants and Agents are eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  3. During this Campaign, Merchants and Agents can win the rewards by successfully onboarding the new KBZPay users to Level 2. The Campaign is a ranking list where Merchants/Agents who can invite the most Customers to open KBZPay accounts as Level 2 can win up to 1,000,000 MMK.
  4. The Merchants/Agents who participate in this Campaign can check the ranking list in the Campaign page in KBZPay Partner App.
  5. To be featured in the ranking list, KBZPay will only consider the Merchants/Agents who can successfully invite and onboard the new KBZPay users to Level 2. Although the ranking list is updated in real time (i.e. as soon as KBZPay partners onboard a KBZPay level 2 user, it will be reflected in the ranking list), the ranking can change after the KBZPay team has checked the onboarded Customers’ KYC (user information).
  6. After verifying the profile information of the new KBZPay Account Level 2 Customers, KBZPay Merchants/Agents who can actual successfully open a new Level 2 Customer Accounts will be listed in the Ranking List at the Campaign Banner on (January 8, 2022). Only KBZPay Merchants/Agents who will be rewarded according to the Final Rank listed in the Ranking List.
  7. Reward Ranking List for Merchants and Agents

The ranking list for the rewards for Merchants and Agents is as follows.

  • For 1,000,000 MMK reward, only 1 person will be chosen and it will be eligible only if the most number of new Customers are successfully onboarded. (Only eligible for 50 Customers and above)
  • For 200,000 MMK reward, 5 people will be chosen and it will be eligible only if the second most number of new Customers are successfully onboarded.
  • For 100,000 MMK reward, 10 people will be chosen and it will be eligible only if the third most number of new Customers are successfully onboarded.
  • For 50,000 MMK reward, 20 people will be chosen and it will be eligible only if the most number of new Customers (as per the rank) are successfully onboarded. 
  • For 10,000 MMK reward, 24 people will be chosen and it will be eligible only if the most number of new Customers (as per the rank) are successfully onboarded. 
  1. If there are more than one Merchant (or) Agent who is eligible for the first prize, KBZPay has the right to choose the Merchant (or) Agent who onboarded the Customers the earliest during the Campaign.
  2. Only the eligible Merchants and Agents in this campaign can participate in this Campaign from the Campaign banner and see the Campaign banner and receive the notifications.
  3. The winning Merchants/Agents will receive the rewards within 7 working days after the Campaign is completed. Although it is stated as within 7 working days, KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify such time without prior notice to the Customer in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. 
  4. Only new registered L2 Customers can be calculated to the ranking list. It is not eligible for the Merchants/Agents who help upgrade the Level 1 and 1.5 Customer to Level 2.
  5. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP and PIN of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  6. KBZPay Partners  are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any partner who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner from participating in the Campaign.
  7. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
  8. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
  9. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or  cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  10. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  12. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
  13. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
