1. Ooredoo’s Tagu Latt Saung Campaign takes place from 1st April 2024 to 30th April 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully and all Ooredoo Customers are eligible to participate.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for Customers to purchase any Ooredoo data package or voice package during the Campaign period and win 100 Million Kyats, 15 units of  iPhone 15 and 15 units of 0.5 Tickle gold and data gifts up to 10 GB data bonus.
  4. Customers who purchase Ooredoo Air time top-up only will not be qualify for this Campaign.
  5. Customers who purchase any data package or voice package from Ooredoo Super App, USSD, Dealer Apps, M-Pitesan or any Banking and Fintech Apps are eligible for this Campaign and every time Customer purchase any data package or voice package, Ooredoo Myanmar will notify Customers via SMS text message.
  6. If Customers win data bonus, Customers can use it within 3 days of receiving date.
  7. The winners of iphone 15 and 0.5 Tickle gold will be announced on April 13th, 23rd and 3rd May of 2024 and 5 winners of iPhone 15 and 5 winners of 0.5 Tickle gold will be announced each. The winners onApril 13th and 23rd will be announced through Ooredoo Myanmar’s Official Facebook.
  8. On May 3rd, 5 winners of iPhone 15 and 5 winners of 0.5 Tickle gold as well as 100 Million Kyats winner will be announced live on Ooredoo Myanmar’s official Facebook.
  9. If a customer buys a package worth 2,000 Ks and more via KBZPay, customers will get 50 lucky chances, and for the package less than 2,000 Ks, customers will get 10 lucky chances.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising from Ooredoo services purchased through KBZPay, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the resolution of such disputes shall be the sole responsibility of Ooredoo Myanmar. KBZ shall not be liable or responsible for any disputes related to prizes, rewards, or any other aspect of Ooredoo services. Customers shall contact Ooredoo Myanmar for the resolution of any such disputes.
  11. If there is any changes in announcing the winners, Ooredoo Myanmar has the right to suspend or amend the content.
  12. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  13. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  14. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  15. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  16. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  17. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Ooredoo  Myanmar apply.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
