1. “9.9 Super Sale” Campaign will be started from 9th September 2023 till 18th September 2023. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchant and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
4. 9.9 Super Sale offers special activities such as free delivery with no minimum purchase on 9th September, 11th September, 13th September, 15th September and 18th September, first 200 orders on those days will be eligible for Free Delivery with no minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. There will be “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 3,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 3,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.
5. In the KBZPay Market’s 9.9 Super Sale, “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held on 9th September 2023 and the second time  will be held on 13th September 2023. For the first “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 9th September 2023, customers can start using the Coupon code only on 9th September 2023 at 11:00AM. For another  “Hottest Deals in Town” Activity on 13th September 2023, Customers can start using the Coupon code only on 13th September 2023 at 11:00AM. The coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 9th September 2023 is from 9th September 2023 11:00 AM to 9th September 2023 24:00 PM. The coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 13th September 2023 is from 13th September 2023 11:00 AM to 13th September 2023 24:00 PM. The Coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of Coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the Coupon codes more than one time.
6. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
7. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “9.9 Super Sale”.
8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
16. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
19. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
20. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.
23. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

Travel with KBZPay Program Terms and Conditions

1. KBZPay Travel Month program takes place from 12th September to 11th October 2023.
2. In order to participate in this program, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
3. The purpose of the program is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to purchase flight tickets, hotel bookings, or bus tickets via merchants : Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah under “Travel” of KBZPay or from those Merchant’s own applications or their website and get a chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel or Premium Spin Wheel based on the purchase amount and enjoy Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, Cashbacks and, Coupons.
4. Customers purchase flight tickets or hotel bookings, or bus tickets with a minimum spending amount of 20,000 MMK and above, customer can get one chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel and anyone who spends the amount of 100,000 MMK and above can get one chance to spin Premium Spin Wheel. The Spin Wheel will be allowed to spin one time per payment transaction for purchasing.
5. In addition, those who get five times of Normal Spin Wheel will get one chance to spin Premium Spin Wheel on their fifth time of successful payment. However, it is necessary to spin all previous four times of the Normal Spin Wheel. If a customer didn’t spin the Normal Spin Wheel once in all four spins previously earned , customer will only get a chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel on the fifth time.

8. Cashback from Spin Wheel will be credited instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this program. The cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.Travel Coupons from Spin wheel can be claimed in the next purchase of flight tickets or hotel bookings or bus tickets from Flymya, Oway, MMBus, Ngu War and Shwe Booking and Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only use one Coupon for one purchase of Travel. In order to use travel Discount Coupons, the purchase amount has to be as below.

9. Customers need to use the coupons of Top Up, Bill Payment and KBZPay Market within 7 days of receiving the Coupons. Customers need to use the coupons of Travel within 15 days of receiving the Coupons and they will expire after 15 days and they may not be able to use after 15  days.
10. After successfully purchasing flight tickets or hotel bookings or bus tickets, Customers have the right to spin the Normal Spin Wheel and/or the Premium Spin Wheel at any time during the program period.
11. During this program, Coupon holders and the Winner of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
12. Winner of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
13. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 prize winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8  prize winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 prize winner  may accept the prize only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
14. During this program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this program period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (9) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the program.
15. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the program  for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

KBZPay QR Week Program Terms and Conditions

1. KBZPay QR Week Program takes place from 6th September to 12th September 2023.
2. In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.

3. The purpose of this Program is to receive coupons from KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers by making purchases at Merchants’ shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR  (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) .

4. It will be eligible for the first payment of 5,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will receive one coupon per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of coupons remain.

5. Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. For every usage of above 1 MMK exceeding the Coupon amount, Customers will be able to use the Coupons. 

6. Customers can enjoy the Top Up Coupon within (3) days, KBZPay Market Coupons within (7)days and Bill Payment Coupon within (14)days. If the relevant deadline has passed, it will no longer be usable.

7. During this program, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to receive 10% discount and extra cashback when the KBZPay  Customers scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at Remax shops.
4. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign.
5. Cashback Amounts are as follows,
