Steps to delete KBZPay Account

1. Contact Call Center via Hotline 3211 or send requisition email to query@kbzpay.com.

2. Request to delete your account.

3. Follow the instructions from Call Center Agent.

4. Your request will be proceeded within 3 days.

Notice

After the account has been deleted:

1. You can no longer use the KBZPay Features.

2. Your personal information will be cleared.

3. Your transaction history will be cleared.
