၁။ KBZPay MLBB Group Buy Campaign ကာလသည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ
(၂၇) ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ (၅) ရက်နေ့ အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ KBZPay MLBB Group Buy Campaign ၏ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူ Level အားလုံး ကိုယ်ပိုင်Group များပြုလုပ်၍ MLBB items များအား ၃% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ (Cashback) ဖြင့်ဝယ်ယူနိုင်ပြီးမိမိ သူငယ်ချင်းများအား Group ထဲဝင်ရောက်ရန်ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ထပ်ဆောင်း ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၄% – စုစုပေါင်း ၇% အထိ ရရှိနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Group တွင်လူတစ်ဦးသာရှိလျှင် မိမိ ဝယ်ယူမှုပမာဏ ၏ ၃% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ကိုရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ဥပမာ။ A သည် Group ကို Create လုပ်၍ MLBB diamond အား ၁၀၀၀ ဖိုးဝယ်ယူခြင်းဖြင့် ၃% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၃၀ ကျပ်ကိုရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Group တွင် လူ၂ နှစ်ဦးရှိခဲ့ပါက အသစ်ဝင်သော B သည် MLBB diamond အား ဝယ်ယူခဲ့လျှင် B သည် ပြန်အမ်းငွေ 5% ကိုခံစားခွင့်ရှိပြီး Group ကိုတည်ထောင်သူ A သည် ၎င်း၏ မူလဝယ်ယူထားသော ပမဏ ၁၀၀၀ ၏ ၂% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ကိုထပ်မံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ဥပမာ။ B သည် MLBB diamonds ကို ၅၀၀ ဖိုးဝယ်ယူလျှင် ၅% (မူလ ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၃% နှင့် အဖွဲဝင်တစ်ဦးတိုးသည့်အတွက် ၂%) ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၂၅ ကျပ်ကိုရရှိပြီး A သည် Group ထဲသို့ B ဝင်ရောက်လာသဖြင့် ၎င်းမူလဝယ်ယူထားသော ၁၀၀၀ ကျပ်၏ ၂% ၂၀ ကျပ်ကိုထပ်မံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

A သည် စုစုပေါင်း ၅၀ ကျပ်
B သည် စုစုပေါင်း ၂၅ ကျပ် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Group တွင်လူ၃ ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး အသစ်ဝင်လာသော C သည် MLBB diamondအား ၃၀၀ ကျပ်ဖိုးဝယ်ယူခဲ့ပါက ၇% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၂၁ (မူလပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၃% အဖွဲဝင်၂ ဦးတိုးသည့်အတွက် ၄%) ကျပ် ကိုရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန် အဖွဲ့ဝင် များမှလည်း၎င်းတို့၏မူလဝယ်ယူထားသောပမာဏ၏ ၂% ပြန်အမ်းငွေ (B မှ ၁၀ ကျပ် A မှ ၂၀ကျပ် )ကိုအသီးသီးထပ်မံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် အဖွဲ့ကိုတည်ထောင်သူ A သည် ၎င်း အဖွဲ့တွင် လူသုံးဦးပြည့်သဖြင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အားလုံး (A အပါအဝင်) ၏ စုစုပေါင်းဝယ်ယူထားသော ပမာဏ၏ ၂% ၃၆ကျပ်ကို Commission Fees အနေဖြင့်ခံစားခွင့်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

A သည် စုစုပေါင်း ၁၀၆ ကျပ်
B သည် စုစုပေါင်း ၃၅ ကျပ်
C သည် စုစုပေါင်း ၂၁ ကျပ် အသီးသီးရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Group တွင် လူ၄ ဦးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါက အသစ်ဝင်ရောက်လာသော D သည် MLBB diamond အား ၁၀၀၀၀ ကျပ်ဖိုးဝယ်ယူခဲ့သည်ဆိုပါက ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၇% ၇၀၀ ကျပ်ကို D တစ်ဦးသာ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန်အဖွဲဝင်များမှာ ပြန်အမ်းငွေ ၇% အားအပြည့်ရရှိပြီး သည့်အတွက် ပြန်အမ်းငွေ % အားအပိုထပ်ဆောင်း ရရှိမည်မဟုတ်တော့ပါ။ ။ သို့သော် အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူ A သည် အသစ်ဝင်ရောက်လာသော D၏ ဝယ်ယူထားသောပမာဏ အတွက် Commission Fees ၂ % ကို Group Owner အနေဖြင့်ဆက်လက်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

A သည်စုစုပေါင်း ၃၀၆ ကျပ်
B သည်စုစုပေါင်း ၃၅ ကျပ်
C သည်စုစုပေါင်း ၂၁ ကျပ်
D သည်စုစုပေါင်း ၇၀၀ ကျပ် အသီးသီးရရှိပြီးဖြစ်သည်။
၃။ အဖွဲ့ဝင် ၃ ဦးနှင့်အထက် ဝင်ရောက်လာသောသူများ၏ MLBB Diamond ဝယ်ယူမှုများအတွက် commission fee ၂ % ကို အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူမှ ဆက်လက်ခံစားနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုဝင်ရောက်လာသူများသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝယ်ယူမှုများအတွက် ၇% ပြန်အမ်းငွေကို ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၄။ Group တစ်ခုသည် ၇၂ နာရီ သာတည်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၇၂ နာရီ ကျော်လွန်နေသော Group တစ်ခုသည် Campaign တွင် ထပ်မံပါဝင်လိုပါက အထက်ပါနည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း Group အသစ်အား ထပ်မံ Create လုပ်၍ ပါဝင်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Group တစ်ခုတွင် ဝင်ရောက်ရန်အတွက် လူဦးရေကန့်သတ်ထားခြင်းမရှိပါ။
- လူတစ်ဦးသည် Group တစ်ခုထပ်ပို၍ ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်သည်။ Group ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း သို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်းအား KBZPay မှ တစ်ဆင့် MLBB diamond များဝယ်ယူခြင်းဖြင့်သာပြုလုပ်နိုင်သည်။ လူတစ်ဦးလျှင် ၇၂ နာရီ စာ Group တစ်ခုကို ဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်သည် ထို့ကြောင့် အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူသည် Commissions ခံစားခွင့်ကို မိမိ၏ကိုယ်ပိုင် Group မှသာရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြန်အမ်းငွေ အမြင့်ဆုံး ၇% ကိုမူ မိမိဝင်ရောက်ထားသော Group များထံမှရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- လူတစ်ဦးသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အဖွဲ့ဖန်တီးနိုင်သကဲ့သို့ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ်လည်း ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်သည်။
၅။ အစီအစဉ်ကာလအတွင်း MLBB diamond အများဆုံးဝယ်ယူအသုံးပြုသည့်ပမာဏအပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး Weekly ranking list တွင် ဖော်ပြခံရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး Rewards များလည်း ထပ်မံ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူများအနေဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့တည်ထောင်ထားသော အဖွဲ့ရှိ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အားလုံး၏ အသုံးပြုသည့်ပမာဏပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ranking list တွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်ပြီး အဖွဲ့ဝင်ထားခြင်း (သို့) ဖွဲ့စည်းထားခြင်းမရှိသော သူများအတွက်လည်း မိမိအသုံးပြုသည့် ပမာဏပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ranking list တွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်ခွင့်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူသည် မိမိသုံးစွဲထားသော ပမာဏ အပြင် မိမိ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏ သုံးစွဲမှုအတွက်ပါ အမှတ်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
Weekly ranking list ကို Campaign page တွင်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပြီး အပတ်စဉ်တိုင်း ဆုများလက်ခံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူနှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ အတွက် Weekly ranking list rewards များမှာအောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၆။ Weekly ranking list မှ Rewards များအား အဖွဲ့တည်ထောင်သူနှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် ၇၂ နာရီအတွင်းရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး SMS notification ဖြင့်အကြောင်းကြားပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၇။ KBZPay ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သူများအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် Accountနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်မည်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကို မျှတောင်းခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
၈။ MLBB Group Buy Campaign ကာလအတွင်း မည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားမှုမျိုး ကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တားမြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအားမည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးဖြင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သူ ကိုမဆို KBZPay ကပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းနှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၉။ ဆုရရှိသူများသည် မိမိ၏ ဆုကို တစ်ခြားသူအား လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၀။ ဆုရရှိသူများနှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြားပေါ်ပေါက်သည့် မည်သည့်အငြင်းပွားမှုမဆို ရှိခဲ့လျှင် KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏အဆုံးအဖြတ်သည်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၁၁။တစ်ဖက်သတ်ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဤစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ အရလည်းကောင်း Customer များအနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်လျော်ကြေးကိုမျှခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၂။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို၊ မည်သည့်ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှမလုပ်ဘဲ၊ မည်သည့်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းကိုမဆို ရပ်စဲခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ဆုကြေးကိုရုပ်သိမ်းခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအားပြောင်းလဲခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းလဲ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၁၃။ KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်းအကျုံးဝင်စေရမည်။
၁၄။ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ဥပဒေများ ကအစိုးရပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။
၁၅။ KBZ ဘဏ်သည် COVID-19 ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် မည်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုမျိုးကိုမဆို အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

1. KBZPay MLBB Group Buy Campaign period is from January 27 th 2021 to February 5 th 2021.
2. The purpose of KBZPay MLBB Group Buy Campaign is to allow KBZPay all levels of Customers to create Groups to purchase MLBB diamonds with 3% cashback, and invite friends to join the group and get extra cash back up to 4% – total 7% cashback.
- With one person in the Group, that person will get 3% of cash-back of his original purchase amount.
For example, A, the Group Owner, who purchased 1,000 Ks diamond will get 3% cash back 30KS of its original purchase 1,000.
- With two persons in the Group when new memberB joins A’s group, B will get 5% ( original cash back 3% + 2% cash back for +1 member ) of its original purchase, at the same time, A,group owner, will get 2% of its original purchase of 1,000 Ks.
For example, B purchased 500Ks diamond and will get 25Ks (5% of 500Ks), and A will get 2% of its original purchase of 1,000 Ks which is 20 Ks as additional.
So far,
- A gets 50Ks in total
- B gets 25Ks in total
- With three people in the Group, when new member C joins A’s Group, and purchased 300Ks of diamonds, and C will receive 7% (3% of original cash back + 4% cashback for +2 members) cashback, 21 Ks, of its original purchase 300Ks, the rest of the members (A & B) will get 2% cashback of their original purchases ( B will get 10Ks and A will get 20Ks). Moreover, A will get 2% commission of the group’s total purchases for reaching 3 people, including A, in the Group.
So far,
- A gets 106 Ks in total
- B gets 35Ks in total
- C gets 21Ks in total
- With four people in the Group, when D,a new member, joins A’s Group, and D purchased 10,000Ks diamond; D will get 7% of its purchase, 700Ks. In this case the rest of the members will not get any extra cashback % because they have received a full amount of 7 % cashback, and A will keep receiving 2% commission of D’s purchase as the Group Owner.
So far,
- A gets 306 Ks in total
- B gets 35 Ks in total
- C gets 21 Ks in total
- D gets 700 Ks in total
3. With the Group that has 3 people and above, the Group Owner will get 2% commission fees of each new member’s purchase and every new member in the Group with above 3 people will get 7% cash back on their purchases.
4. Every created Group will exist only 72 hours. If a Group is more than 72 hours and wants to rejoin the Campaign, Customers can create a new Group in the same way.
- There is no limitation on the number of group members.
- A person can join more than one group. Either joining or creating a group can be done only by purchasing MLBB diamond via KBZPay. A person can only be the owner of a 72 hours group,therefore, the 2% commission will only be received from the group that the person created while receiving up to 7% cashback from the groups that the person joined.
- A person can either create a group or join others groups.
5. During the Campaign period, weekly ranking list will be displayed and given rewards based on the total spending amount of MLBB diamond .
Both the Group Owner and Group members have a chance to be on the weekly ranking list, and to get rewards. Also,the Group Owner will get scores from its members ‘ spending amount as well as its own spending.
The weekly ranking list will be seen on the Campaign page and rewarded each week.
The rewards on the weekly ranking list for both Group Owner and Group members are as follows,
Top 1: Epic Skin
Top 2: 20,000 MMK Cash
Top 3: 15,000 MMK Cash
Top 4: 8,000 MMK Cash
Top 5: 6,000 MMK Cash
Top 6-10: 5,000 MMK Cash
Top 11-50: 3,000 MMK Cash
Top 51-100: 1,000 MMK Cash
6. The rewards of the weekly ranking list will be sent to the Group owner and Group members within 72 hours along with the SMS notification to inform the winners.
7. KBZPay employees will not contact participants in the campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or account information.
8. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during KBZPay MLBB Group Buy campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
9. All prizes are non-transferable.
10. Any dispute arises between the winners and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZPay.
11. Winners shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in of these terms and conditions
12. KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or withdraw the prize and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
13. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
15. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 at any time, as the situation evolves.
