Win Prize with DeeMoney on KBZPay” Campaign Terms and Condition

1. For KBZPay customers who receive international transfer funds from DeeMoney, International Remittance Service, the “Win Prize with DeeMoney on KBZPay” Campaign takes place from 25th December 2025 to 25th January 2026.
2. The purpose of this campaign is to allow a KBZPay customer who receives an international transfer of Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) MMK or more from DeeMoney through KBZPay during the campaign period to receive Spin Wheel Lucky Draw Chances. During the campaign period, a KBZPay customer who receives an international transfer of Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) MMK or more using the above international remittance service will receive one spin wheel lucky draw chance per transaction. Each user can receive a maximum of five (5) chances to participate during the campaign period.
3. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
4. During the campaign period, customers can check their available spin wheel lucky draw chances on the campaign page within the KBZPay Wallet.
5. All spin wheel lucky draw chances obtained by customers during the campaign period will expire immediately after the campaign ends.
6. The rewards available from the Spin Wheel in this campaign are as follows:
• 300,000 MMK Cash Back
• 100,000 MMK Cash Back
• 50,000 MMK Cash Back
• 30,000 MMK Cash Back
• 10,000 MMK Cash Back
• 5,000 MMK Cash Back

7. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of Cash back eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”. The cashback reward credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ
8. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
9. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
10. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
14. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions shall apply.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
