“Enjoy exclusive cashback and discounts with KBZPay at Doctor A Aesthetic Clinic” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Enjoy exclusive cashback and discounts with KBZPay at Doctor A Aesthetic Clinic“ Campaign takes place from 22nd February      2025 to7 th March 2025.
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers can participate in this Campaign. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get cashbacks and coupons when they make the payment five hundred thousand (500,000) Kyats and above at Doctor A Aesthetic Luxury Boutique by KBZPay application and enjoy the Cashbacks and Coupons. During the Campaign period, the Cashbacks and Coupons are as follows.
  • One hundred thousand (100,000) Ks Cashback
  • Fifty thousand (50,000) Ks Cashback
  • Forty thousand (40,000) Ks Cashback
  • Thirty thousand (30,000) Ks Cashback
  • Twenty thousand (20,000) Ks Cashback
  • Ten thousand (10,000) Ks Cashback
  • Fifty thousand (50,000) Ks Discount Coupon

  1. It will be eligible only for the Customers who make the payment of at least five hundred thousand (500,000) Kyats and above successfully in one transaction at Doctor A Aesthetic Luxury Boutique by KBZPay application during this Campaign period and get a chance of Spin wheel which and enjoy the Cashbacks mentioned in clause 3.     
  2. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can share the campaign with their friends and family. If the recipient clicks “Assist Now” and is successful, both the requester and the recipient will receive a coupon which was mentioned in clause 3 respectively. As a KBZPay Customer, receiving and providing assistance can be made once per KBZPay Account during this program period, and the coupon can only be redeemed twice during this program period.          
  3. The purchased amount must be at least five hundred thousand (500,000) Kyats and above when redeeming the Discount Coupon received. During this Campaign, Coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer, assign or convert as cash.
  4. Discount Coupons will be delivered directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign and Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign.      .
  5. Discount Coupons will be valid only during the campaign period and the Discount Coupons will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Customers can reuse these for purchasing through KBZPay QR Scan payment at Doctor A clinic before the expiration date.
  6. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive one chance per day for spin wheel only. Cashback will be received directly into the KBZPay wallet and can be checked under KBZPay’s “History”. KBZPay Customers who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given every day.
  7. Cashback will be received directly into the KBZPay wallet. However, the Cashback  credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  9. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.
  10. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  11. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
  12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  13. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  15. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of Doctor A Aesthetic Luxury Boutique apply.
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  18. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
