“KBZPay Brings You Luck with the Monsoon Raindrops” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “KBZPay Brings You Luck with the Monsoon Raindrops” Campaign  takes place from 14th July 2025 to 27th July 2025.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5, KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account. If KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers to purchase at the selected merchant and pay Ten thousand (10,000) kyats and above via KBZPay successfully during the Campaign period and can get a chance to win the Cashback: 100,000 kyats,3,000 kyats, 1,000 kyats,500 kyats and “Thank you”.
  1. To be eligible for a chance to win cashback, the payment amount must be 10,000 kyats and above and also payments at selected merchants’ shops as below, by scanning the KBZPay MMQR (or) KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant’s shop (or) with Customer Present QR (or) adding shortcode of merchant’s shop  (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will receive a cashback. There is no limit on the number of chances during the campaign. However, each customer can receive a maximum of 3 cashback rewards per day and up to 6 cashback rewards throughout the campaign period.
  2. Customers can enjoy a lucky draw chance when they make a payment of Ten thousand (10,000) kyats  and above via KBZPay successfully at the selected Merchant  listed in the table below.

  1. Campaign is not available for the other payments aside from payment at the selected Merchant which are specified in Clause (5). 
  2. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”. KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits about the number of the times for cashbacks will be given every day. The cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
  3. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  4. KBZPay Customers who make payments at merchant outlets using Other Bank’s MMQR are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  5. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  6. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  7. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
  8. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  9. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  10. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  11. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and relevant Merchants  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
  12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  13. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
