“Pay with KBZPay at Pizza Maru and save 10,000 Ks” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. ” Pay with KBZPay at Pizza Maru and save 10,000 Ks ” Campaign takes place   from 10th March 2025 to 16th March  2025 (7 days).
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5, Level  2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this Campaign. If Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. To participate in this campaign, users must have KBZPay App version 5.2.5 or above . If users with an older version of the KBZPay App want to participate in the campaign, they will need to  update the latest available version to be eligible.
  4. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 Customers and Youth Account Customers to get instant cash discount by making purchases at least 60,000 Kyats and above successfully at selected Pizza Maru shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Pizza Maru shop’s KBZPay QR during this Campaign period.
  5. It will be eligible for the payment of at least 60,000 Kyats and above successfully for making  payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Pizza Maru shops selected for this Campaign    and the customer will receive a 10,000 Kyats discount instantly. And then such a 10,000 Kyats discount is deducted from the amount to be paid and the remaining balance shall be paid by the Customer.
  6. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive one chance.There are limited (400) cash discount quotas.KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for cash deduction as there are limits about the number of the times for cash deduction will be given per day.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account       .
  9. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  10. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner  of fraudulent activities.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  14. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Pizza Maru   shops apply.These 
  15. Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
