“Top Up Your phone Bill with KBZPay for a Chance to Win Coupons ” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. ” Top Up Your phone Bill with KBZPay for a Chance to Win Coupons “Campaign takes place from 26th May 2025 to 8th June 2025.
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this campaign. If Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers and Youth Account Customers to get Coupons when they buy airtime. 
  4. It will be eligible only for the Customers who make the payment of at least 5,000 Kyats and above for the airtime amount via KBZPay during this Campaign period. During the Campaign period, the Coupons are as follows.
  • Two hundred (200) Ks Coupon
  • Two hundred and fifty (250) Ks Coupon
  • Three hundred (300) Ks Coupon
  • Three hundred and fifty (350)Ks Coupon

  1. During the Campaign period, KBZPay users can only participate once per day with one KBZPay account.     . There are limited coupon quotas every day. KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the limit will not be eligible for coupons as there are limits about the number of the times for coupons will be given every day.
  2. During the campaign period, coupons will be valid only within five days of receiving coupon and coupons will be delivered directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.  During this Campaign, Coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer, assign or convert as cash.
  3. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  4. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.
  5. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  6. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
  7. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  8. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  9. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  10. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  12. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
