“Invite Friends and Get Free Short Dramas Coupons” Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. “Invite Friends and Get Free Short Dramas Coupons ” Campaign takes place from 12th June 2025 to 25th June 2025.

2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers can participate in this Campaign with KBZPay Application version 5.8.0.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level  2 successfully.

3. The purpose of this campaign is to enable KBZPay Customers     to easily access short dramas through the short dramas mini app of the KBZPay application and receive coupons.     

4. During the Campaign period, the Invitor A who is currently using the Short Drama Mini App on KBZPay can invite other new Customers to access short dramas mini app of KBZPay. 

5. Invitee B who is the new Customer can use the link shared by Invitor A to access the short dramas mini app for the first time and both Customers A and B will receive (100) Ks coupon. Coupons can be claimed under “My Coupon” Page of short dramas.

6. During the Campaign period, Customer Invitor A can invite up to 10 Customers and they will get  a maximum of 10 coupons. Inviting more than 10 new Customers will also only receive 10 coupons.

7.    Coupon usage threshold will be an order amount of 100Ks or more than 100 Ks for purchasing the short drama in KBZPay and coupons can be used only within the campaign period. Only one coupon can be used for one single purchase.8. Coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their coupon as cash.     

9. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.

10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 

11. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

12. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ        has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.

13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ      regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ  without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

14. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

16. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.       

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

18. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

19. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
