1. “Celebrate a joyful Thadingyut with KBZPay and Get up to 150 Million MMK Pocket Money!” Campaign starts from 1st October 2025 to 8th October 2025.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 ,Level 2 and Youth Account Customers will be able to participate and need to collect Oil Lamps in advance to get the Thadingyut pocket money before the pocket money opening days.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to enable KBZPay Customers to get Thadingyut pocket money. After collecting an Oil Lamp in advance, the Customer can get one of three types of pocket money prizes pool such as Rabbit lantern, Paper Lantern and a Big fireballoon , depending on the number of Oil Lamp that they have collected during the Campaign. Additionally, with the collected Oil Lamp, customers can exchange the coupon and open the mystery box to get special rewards.
4. In order to collect the Oil Lamps in advance , KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks and get the Oil Lamps during the Campaign.
4.1 Sending Thadingyut Wish Card
To collect Oil Lamps, participants need to send a Thadingyut Wish Card among their friends by sending the Thadingyut Wish Link specified by KBZPay and entering the shared Link through social media during the campaign period. Each participant may share or be shared up to three (3) times per day. However, they can only share or be sahredby the same friend once per day.
4.2 Make payment Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats and above with a QR Code Payment at the Merchant Shops by scanning the Merchant Shops’ QR Codes.
4.3 Pay Forty Thousand (40,000) kyats and above for Any QuickPay Payment in KBZPay.
4.4 Pay Ten Thousand (10,000) kyats and above for Any Bill Payment in KBZPay.
4.5 Top up the Gift Card with Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats or above by KBZPay,
4.6 Cash in Ten Thousand (10,000) Kyats and above to KBZPay Wallet.
4.7 Enter the KBZPay Market and check the best deals.
4.8 Reads and likes the articles on the Official Account in the Campaign page
4.9 Enter and observe My Medicine in KBZPay.
4.10 Purchase any product (1 Kyat or above) at the KBZPay Mini Apps (excluding Short Drama).
4.11 Enter and observe the Short Dramas in KBZPay.
4.12 Spend One Hundred (100) Kyats and above at the Short Dramas in KBZPay.
4.13 Top up Five Thousand (5000) ks and above by KBZPay.
4.14 Enter and observe the Arcade in KBZPay.
4.15 Make payment of Fifteen Thousand (15,000) Kyats and above at the My Medicine in KBZPay.

7. KBZPay Customers can open the mystery box using the Oil Lamps they have collected in advance and win special rewards,the Samsung Galaxy A55, including other rewards. Each time KBZPay Customers open the Mystery box every day during the Campaign, 20 Oil Lamps will be automatically deducted for each time. The rewards are-

8. The Samsung Galaxy A 55 special prizes which were won in this Campaign will be delivered directly to the winners. However, if delivery to the winner’s location is not feasible, they will need to collect their physical prizes from a KBZPay-designated location. Winners of the special prizes will be notified via SMS by KBZPay. Special Reward winners can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, phone number and current address. Once KBZPay checks and confirms that the information is completed, the winner will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
9. The winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZPay”s designated place within the specified days after receiving the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZPay will withdraw the prize if the prize is not collected within the specified date. The winner must accept the prize only after it has been checked the prize at the time of collection. KBZPay will not be liable for any errors or damages in the prize received by the winner.
10. KBZPay Thadingyut Pocket Money
KBZPay Users can get the Thadingyuts pocket money by clicking “Open Button” in the campaign page using the oil lamp which hvae collected in advance.In order to get pocket money, the system will automatically match the prizes pool such as the Rabbit lantern, Paper Lantern and a Big fireballoon based on the Oil Lamp they have collected on 5th,6th,7th and 8th October 2025 at 8:00pm.As KBZPay Users, they can only unlock any one of the Rabbit Lantern, Paper Lantern and a Big Fire balloon per day and get pocket money. There shall not be the same specific number of Oil Lamps to unlock the Rabbit Lantern, Paper Lantern and a Big Fireballoon each day.
11. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the KBZPay Pocket Money.
12. KBZPay Customers need the Oil Lamps that have been collected by performing the tasks specified in Clause 4 by KBZPay to unlock the Pocket Money Prizes, to exchange the Coupons, to open Mystery box, and after one time use,the Oil Lamps need to be collected for another time use.
13. Cashbacks will be delivered directly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. The validity of each Coupon is (24) hours and once the 24hours expire, the coupon will no longer be valid for use.. The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
14 Special reward winners and coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize/coupon as cash.
15. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign.
16. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.
17. KBZPay Customers who make payments at merchant outlets using Other Bank’s MMQR are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
18. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 13, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
19. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
20. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
21. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
23. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
24. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the relevant Merchants apply.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
26. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
27. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
