1. “Get 10% Cashback for Skynet DTH Packages payments in KBZPay Blue App” Campaign is from June 18th, 2022 to July 16th, 2022.
2. KBZPay Level 1, 1.5 and 2 Customers who purchase DTH Packages from Skynet through KBZPay App can get 10% Cashback during the Campaign period. Payment of Skynet DTH Packages (Monthly Packages) are eligible for the 10% Cashback and payment of SKYPREMIER HD Packages will not be eligible for this Cashback Campaign.
3. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Participants in this Campaign.
4. 10% Cashback for purchasing Skynet DTH Packages can be obtained only two times per one KBZPay Account during the Campaign Period.
5. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide 10% Cashback to Customers that use KBZPay to purchase Skynet DTH Packages. If there any issues arise between Customers and Skynet such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with Skynet and Customer.
6. In order to participate in the Campaign, the KBZPay app version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1, 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
8. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
12. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
13. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
16. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
