Terms and Conditions of KBZPay x 1875 Tarot Campaign

  1. KBZPay x 1875 Tarot Campaign period is from December 27, 2022 to January 26, 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of KBZPay  x 1875 Tarot Campaign is for Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get tarot card reading for free and get Coupons for the next purchase of 1875 Baydin services. 
  1. During the Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 Customers can get tarot card reading for free up to 5 times and get one 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon. 
  2. There are five categories can be chosen for free tarot card reading such as:
    • Love
    • Career 
    • Wealth
    • Health
    • Oversea
  3. The Discount Coupon amount of 1875 Baydin will be randomly offered and are as below:
    • 500Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
    • 800Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
    • 1,000Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
    • 1,500Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
  4. KBZPay Customers will receive the 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon that can be checked under ‘My Coupon’ inside the KBZPay app.  
  1. The purchased amount of 1875 Baydin services must be more than 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon amount when redeeming 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon received.
  2. The 1875 Baydin Discount Coupons will expire after (14) days of receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing any services of 1875 Baydin through KBZPay before the expiration date.
     
  3. One Discount Coupon is eligible for one time purchase and Customers can use only one Coupon for their purchase. 
  1. Customers are required to upgrade the KBZPay app to the latest version in order to participate in the campaign.
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 9 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
  2. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  3. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  4. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  5. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  6. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  8. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
