၁။ KBZPay Customers များအတွက် KBZPay  ၇ ရက် ၇ ယောက် ၇ သန်း Campaign ကာလသည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ (၇) ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ (၁၃) ရက်နေ့အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂။ KBZPay ၇ ရက် ၇ ယောက် ၇ သန်း Campaign ၏ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူ customer များ အနေဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ KBZPay အပြာရောင် app ကို Campaign ကာလအတွင်း Log-In ဝင်ရောက်ပြီး တစ်ရက်လျှင် အနည်းဆုံး ကျပ်ငွေ ၃၀၀၀ တန်ဖိုးရှိသည့် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော transaction ၁ ကြောင်း ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဆုကြေးငွေကျပ် ၁၀ သိန်းကို နေ့စဉ် ကံထူးနိုင်ရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

၃။ KBZPay အပြာရောင် App ကို အသုံးပြုသူများ အားလုံးသည် အောက်ပါ KBZPay App functions များမှတဆင့် တစ်ရက်လျှင် အနည်းဆုံး ကျပ်ငွေ ၃၀၀၀ တန်ဖိုးရှိ transaction ၁ ခုကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဤ Campaign တွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

•  ဖုန်းငွေဖြည့်ခြင်း/ ဒေတာဝယ်ယူခြင်း (Airtime or Mobile Top-Up)

•  QR Code ဖြင့် ငွေပေးချေခြင်း (QR Code Merchant Payment

•  Gift Card ဝယ်ယူခြင်း (Gift Card purchasing)

•  QuickPay/ဘေလ်ပေးဆောင်ခြင်း (QuickPay / Bill Payment)

•  မင်းသိင်္ခ ဗေဒင်မေးခြင်း
• ခရီသွားလက်မှတ် ဝယ်ယူခြင်း (Travel Ticket purchasing)

၄။ တစ်ရက်လျှင် ဆုကြေးငွေ ကျပ် ၁၀ သိန်း ကံထူးသွားသူတစ်ယောက်ကို campaign ကာလအတွင်း နေ့စဉ်ရွေးချယ်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆုစာရင်းအား KBZPay Official Facebook Page မှတစ်ဆင့် နေ့စဉ်ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။ ကံထူးသူ များ အနေဖြင့် ဆုကြေးငွေ ထုတ်ယူရန် KBZPay Official Facebook Page Messenger သို့ မိမိတို့ရရှိထားသော SMS Message အားပေးပို့ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကံထူးသွားသူများသည် ဆုကြေးငွေလက်ခံ ရရှိသောအခါတွင် မိမိတို့၏ KBZPay အသုံးပြုနေသည့် ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့်တကွ KBZPay app ကို အသုံးပြုရသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံအား KBZPay Messenger သို့ မျှဝေပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အဆိုပါ မျှ‌ဝေထားသော ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့်စာသားများကို KBZPay Facebook Page တွင် ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုခွင့် ပေးရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

၆။ တရားဝင် KBZPay Facebook Page Messenger မှတစ်ဆင့် ဆုကိုတောင်းခံပြီးသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ အစိုးရ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက် ၇ ရက်အတွင်း ဆုကို လက်ခံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၇။ KBZPay ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သူများအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် accountနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်မည်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကို မျှတောင်းခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

၈။ KBZ ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် ဤ campaign တွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။

၉။ Campaign ကာလအတွင်း မည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားမှုမျိုး ကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တားမြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအားမည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးဖြင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သည့် Customer ကိုမဆို KBZPay ကပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းနှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၁၀။ ဆုရရှိသူများသည် မိမိ၏ ဆုကို တစ်ခြားသူအား လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခွင့်မရှိပါ။

၁၁။ ဆုရရှိသူများနှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြားပေါ်ပေါက်သည့် မည်သည့်အငြင်းပွားမှုမဆို ရှိခဲ့လျှင် KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏အဆုံးအဖြတ်သည်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၁၂။ တစ်ဖက်သတ်ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဤစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ အရလည်းကောင်း customer များအနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်လျော်ကြေးကိုမျှခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။

၁၃။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို၊ မည်သည့်ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှမလုပ်ဘဲ၊ မည်သည့်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းကိုမဆို ရပ်စဲခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ဆုကြေးကိုရုပ်သိမ်းခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအားပြောင်းလဲခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းလဲ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၁၄။ KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်းအကျုံးဝင်စေရမည်။

၁၅။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ဥပဒေများ ကအစိုးရပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။

၁၆။ ဆုများကို ၁ လ အတွင်း ထုတ်ယူမှသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။

1. KBZPay 7 Days, 7 Winners, 7 Million Campaign period is from 7th January, 2021 to 13rd January, 2021.

2. The purpose of KBZPay 7 Days, 7 Winners, 7 Million Campaign is to acquire new customers as well as existing customers to use their KBZPay (Blue) app, log in and must make selected 1 transaction a day (transaction amount has to be at least 3,000 Kyats) to get a chance to win 1 Million kyats per day. 

3. All customers are eligible to participate in KBZPay 7 Days, 7 Winners, 7 Million Campaign by making 1 transaction a day (transaction amount has to be at least 1,000 kyats) through following KBZPay App functions.

• Airtime or Mobile Top-Up

• QR Code Merchant Payment

• Travel ticket purchasing

• Gift card purchasing

• Quick Pay/ Bill Payment

•  Min Thein Kha BayDin

4. Winners will be announced daily on KBZPay official Facebook page.

5. Winners need to message KBZPay Official Facebook Page to claim the prizes. The winners will need to provide a photo of themselves including a testimonial around using KBZPay app. Winners must give permission for their photos to upload on KBZPay Facebook Page.

6. The winners will receive the prizes into their KBZPay wallet within 7 working days of claiming their prizes through the official KBZPay Facebook Page.

7. KBZPay employees will not contact participants in the campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or account information.

8. KBZPay employees are not eligible for this campaign.

9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during KBZPay 7 Days, 7 Winners, 7 Million campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

10. All prizes are non-transferable.

11. Any dispute arises between the winners and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZPay.

12. Winners shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation of these terms and conditions.

13. KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or withdraw the prize and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.

14. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

16. Validity of claiming the prizes is within 1 month.
