၁။ KBZPay MLBB Campaign ကာလသည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁၂ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ၂၄ ရက်နေ့ အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ KBZPay Customer များအနေဖြင့် KBZPay application ရှိ “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” or “ Mobile Legends (CDKEY)” မှတစ်ဆင့် MLBB diamondsများအား ၅% Discount ဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူနိုင်ပြီး MLBB Campaign ၏ Weekly ranking list တွင် Scores များရရှိနိုင်ရန် မိမိတို့၏ သူငယ်ချင်းများကို လည်းဖိတ်ခေါ်ကာ မိမိတို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်သူများ၏ ပထမဆုံး MLBB diamonds ဝယ်ယူမှု အတွက် လည်း ဖိတ်ခေါ်သူများ အနေဖြင့် အမှတ်များကိုရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၃။ KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူများ အားလုံး ဤအစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
၄။ Customer များအနေဖြင့်မိမိ တို့၏ သူငယ်ချင်းများ ကို MLBB diamondsများဝယ်ယူရန်ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခြင်းခံရသော သူငယ်ချင်း မှ ဝယ်ယူလိုက်သော ပမာဏ အတွက် Weekly ranking listတွင် အမှတ်များကို နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဖက်ညီတူညီမျှ ရရှိနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဥပမာ- A မှ B ကို MLBB diamonds များအား 5% discount ဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်သည့် link ကို B မှ အသုံးပြု၍ B သည် MLBB အား ၁၀၀၀ ကျပ်ဖိုး ဝယ်ယူခဲ့ပါက A နှင့် B နှစ်ဦးစလုံး သည် ၁၀၀၀ scores ကို ညီတူညီမျှ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ B သည် A မှ ဖိတ်ခေါ်သည့် link မှ တစ်ဆင့် ဝင်ရောက်ပြီး ဝယ်သူသည့်အချိန်တိုင်း ၂ ဦးစလုံး ranking list တွင် အမှတ် (score) တက်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဖိတ်ခေါ်သည့် link မှတစ်ဆင့် ဝယ်ယူခြင်းမဟုတ်ပဲ KBZPay app ထဲမှ တိုက်ရိုက်ဝယ်ယူမှုများအတွက် မိမိတစ်ဦးထဲသာ အမှတ်များ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ( Scores များညီတူညီမျှရရှိရာတွင် Score အမှတ်တူဖြစ်နေပါက အရင်ဦးစွာ အမြင့်ဆုံး အမှတ်ရရှိသူ သည် Weekly ranking list ထိပ်ဆုံးတွင်ရောက်ရှိနေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခံရသူ နှင့် ဖိတ်ခေါ်သူ သည် score ညီတူညီမျှ ရရှိနေသည်ဆိုပါက ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခံရသူ သည် ဦးစားပေးအနေဖြင့် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ )
၅။ KBZPay account(သို့) အပ်ပလီကေးရှင်းအသုံးမပြုသော ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခံရသူများသည် ဖိတ်ခေါ်သူ၏ Link မှတစ်ဆင့် website သို့ Log in ဝင်ရောက်ကာ KBZPay account ကိုဖွင့် ပြီး KBZPay အပ်ပလီကေးရှင်းကို download လုပ် ၍ MLBB diamondsများဝယ်ယူနိုင်သည်။
၆။ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခံရသူ သည် ထို ဖိတ်ခေါ်သူ၏ Link မှတစ်ဆင့် MLBB diamond များဝယ်ယူမှသာလျှင် အမှတ်များညီတူညီမျှ ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၇။ Weekly Ranking List ဆုရှင်များသည် ဆုလက်ဆောင်များကို အစီအစဉ်ကာလအတွင်း အပတ်စဉ်တစ်ခုပြီးဆုံးတိုင်း ၇၂ နာရီအတွင်း လက်ခံရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၈။KBZPay ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သူများအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် accountနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်မည်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကို မျှတောင်းခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
၉။ Campaign ကာလအတွင်း မည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားမှုမျိုး ကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တားမြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအားမည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးဖြင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သူ ကိုမဆို KBZPay ကပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းနှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၁၀။ ဆုရရှိသူများသည် မိမိ၏ ဆုကို တစ်ခြားသူအား လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၁။ ဆုရရှိသူများနှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြားပေါ်ပေါက်သည့် မည်သည့်အငြင်းပွားမှုမဆို ရှိခဲ့လျှင် KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏အဆုံးအဖြတ်သည်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၁၂။တစ်ဖက်သတ်ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဤစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ အရလည်းကောင်း customer များအနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်လျော်ကြေးကိုမျှခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၃။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို၊ မည်သည့်ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှမလုပ်ဘဲ၊ မည်သည့်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းကိုမဆို ရပ်စဲခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ဆုကြေးကိုရုပ်သိမ်းခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအားပြောင်းလဲခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းလဲ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၁၄။ KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်းအကျုံးဝင်စေရမည်။
၁၅။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ဥပဒေများ ကအစိုးရပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။
၁၆။ KBZ ဘဏ်သည် COVID-19 ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် မည်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုမျိုးကိုမဆို အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

1. KBZPay MLBB campaign period is from January 12th, 2021 to January 24 th, 2021.
2. The customers can get a 5% discount on purchasing MLBB diamonds in KBZPay via “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” or “ Mobile Legends (CDKEY)”
and get scores on the weekly ranking list depending on the amount spent to buy the diamonds, as well as inviting friends to purchase MLBB diamonds.
KBZPay MLBB weekly ranking prizes are as follow,
- Top 1: Epic Skin
- Top 2 : 20,000 MMK
- Top 3 : 15,000 MMK
- Top 4: 8,000 MMK
- Top 5: 6,000 MMK
- Top 6 – 10 : 5,000 MMK
- Top 11- 50 : 3,000 MMK
- Top 51 – 100 : 1,000 MMK
3. All KBZPay customers are eligible to participate in this campaign.
4. Customers can invite their friends to purchase MLBB diamonds and get the corresponding scores, on the weekly ranking list. For example, If theInviter A invited B to purchase MLBB diamond with a 5% discount, and B purchases 1,000 MMK worth of MLBB diamonds, then both A and B will get corresponding 1,000 scores. Both inviter and invitee will get corresponding scores whenever the invitee purchases MLBB diamonds via the inviter’s invitation link. Otherwise, if the invitee who purchases via KBZPay app directly without using the invitation link will get scores for himself. (If some customers have the same scores, the earlier you reach this score, the higher ranking you will be. And if an invitee recharges MLBB, he will get the scores first, then his inviter will get the scores a few seconds later.)
5. For the invitees who do not have a KBZPay account (or) application, they can login to the website via the invitation link, open KBZPay account by downloading KBZPay app, and purchase MLBB diamonds.
6. Both inviter and invitee can get corresponding scores only when the invitee purchases MLBB diamonds via the inviter’s link.
7. The winners of the weekly ranking list will receive the prizes within 72 hours after each week within the campaign period.
8. KBZPay employees will not contact participants in the campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or account information.
9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during KBZPay MLBB Coupon campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
10. All prizes are non-transferable.
11. Any dispute arises between the winners and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZPay.
12. Winners shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in of these terms and conditions
13. KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or withdraw the prize and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
14. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
16. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 at any time, as the situation evolves.
