“ LOVE with KBZPay” Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. “LOVE with KBZPay” Campaign starts from 10th February 2026 to 14th February 2026.

2. KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers will be able to participate. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Youth Account users will be allowed to participate only with the consent of their respective guardians. Participation of Youth Account users in this campaign will be deemed as having obtained the consent of their respective guardians. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customersneed to perform specified transactions to get the chance to pop the heart icon and win rewards.

3. The purpose of this Campaign is to enable KBZPay Customers to get cashback gifts and coupons. After performing designated services within KBZPay, the Customer can tap the heart icon on the campaign page to get one of the prizes such as cashbacks or various types of discount coupons.

4. In order to get the prize chances, KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks:

4.1 Make payment 10,000 Kyats and above with a KBZPay MMQR at the Merchant Shops.

4.2 Top up the mobile phone with 1,000 Kyats or above by KBZPay.

4.3 Pay 10,000 Kyats and above for Any Bill Payment by KBZPay.

4.4 Make payment and purchase 500 Kyats and above on KBZPay Market.

4.5 Make payment and purchase 500 Kyats and above in any KBZPay Mini Apps.

4.6 Buy the Gift Card with 5,000 Kyats or above with KBZPay.

4.7 Receive International Remittance 100,000 Kyats and above to KBZPay Wallet. 4.8 Purchase 10,000 Kyats and above any Valentine’s Day Special Promotions.

5. One (1) prize chance can be collected when the users enter the campaign page for the first time.

6. One prize chance per day can be collected by sharing the campaign to friends or on social media.

7. Each participant is eligible for a maximum of 26 chances throughout the campaign period.

9. Cashbacks will be delivered directly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My Rewards”. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (24) hours. Once the 24 hours expire, the coupon will no longer be valid for use.Coupons are applicable for the following services: (Buy Goods with KBZPay MMQR, Top Up,Bill Payment,KBZPay Market, KBZPay Min Apps, Gift Cards). The Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

10. The coupon prizes winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize/coupon as cash.

11. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign.

12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.

13. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 9, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

14. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

15. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

16. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

17. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.

18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

19. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.

20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

21. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

22. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
