Collect top up points with KBZPay to win coupons and cashback – Terms & Conditions

  1. Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Coupons and Cashback Campaign is from 28th August 2022 till 27th November 2022. 
  1. The purpose of “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers to enjoy benefits as they can redeem points into  discount coupons or point redeem through spinwheel. Moreover customers can participate in ranking and get cashback with collected points in 15 days .
  1. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  1. KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers will get 1% of top up and data packages purchased as points during the Campaign period.
  1. Customers can use their collected points at spin wheel to win points(or) redeem coupons with collected points. Moreover customers can participate in ranking and get cashback with collected points from top up only in 15 days.
  1. With the accumulated points from top up only in 15 days, customers can be in the ranking list and grab chances to win cashback. The winners from the ranking list will be announced every 15 days and received cashbacks. The types of cashback are as below.
  • For Level 1 – 80,000 MMK
  • For Level 2 – 60,000 MMK
  • For Level 3 – 40,000 MMK 
  • For Level 4 to 10 – 30,000 MMK
  • For Level 11 to 20 – 25,000 MMK
  • For Level 21 to 30 – 20,000 MMK  
  • For Level 31 to 50 – 15,000 MMK
  • For Level 51 to 70 – 12,000 MMK 
  • For Level 71 to 100 – 8,000 MMK
  1. The number of points that will be mentioned in the Ranking List shows the total number of points received from top up only by the Customer within 15 days from the start of the Campaign and those points mentioned are not points that have not been used by the customer and remain.
  2. The number of points received from top up only by a customer within 15 days from the start of the Campaign will be listed in the first Ranking List.
  3. The ranking list will be updated every 15 days and points will be ‘zero’ at the start of each round. That means once the first 15 days are over, the points from top up only received by the Customer in the first 15 days will not be listed in the second Ranking List, and only the number of points received by the Customer in the next 15 days will be listed.
  4. Only the final ranking list determined by KBZPay will be confirmed List, and the relevant reward money will be credited directly within (7) business days into the KBZPay accounts of the winners mentioned in the final Ranking List. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ’s control, the final Ranking List Date and the period for which the reward money will be credited may change.
  1. Users will need to use  9 points to spin the wheel and after spinning the wheel, 9 points will be deducted from the total accumulated points. The points received from Spin Wheel will not be included in the Ranking and the points received from spinning the Spin Wheel can only be used to exchange for Coupons.

  • 199 points
  • 999 points
  1. Coupons that can be redeemed with points are as below; 
  • 100 kyats Phone Bill Top Up Coupon with 400 points
  • 200 kyats Phone Bill Top Up Coupon with 800 points
  • 500 kyats Phone Bill Top Up Coupon with 1,600 pints
  1. Customers can use only use one discount coupon for one purchase of top up or data packages. In order to use discount coupons, the purchase amount has to be higher than the coupon amount. 
  1. Customers need to use the discount coupons within 7 days of receiving the coupons. Coupons will expire after 7 days. 
  1. Within three months of campaign period, customers can see their collected points which they received from Spin Wheel and top up in the middle of the Spin Wheel and the points history at “My Points” from the Campaign page.
  1. The Customers may not transfer their received points and coupons to another person.
  2. During this ’ Collect top-up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits and Customer collected points stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Discount Coupons within 7 days as stated in Clause 14, if the Customer received the Discount Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  3. During this Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  1. During this” Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback “Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  1. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  2. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  1. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  3. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  4. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
