“KBZPay Kyo Phyae” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. The “KBZPay Kyo Phyae” Campaign period is from 6th November 2023 to 20th December 2023.
  2. This Campaign is exclusively available to KBZ Payroll Customers and KBZ Bank employees who have  KBZPay Level 2 accounts for more than 6 Months.
  3. To participate in this Campaign, you need to make a minimum Top-up Amount of 3,000 MMK with KBZPay within 90 days.
  4. Throughout the Campaign duration, you can get a 1,000 MMK  KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” emergency phone bill loan and repay it after the 7-day grace period, with no service fee of 60 MMK.
  5. During this Campaign period, KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” available emergency phone bill loans are 1,000 MMK(service fee 60MMK), 2,000 MMK (service fee 90 MMK), and 3,000 MMK (service fee 120MMK).
  6. After getting a KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” emergency phone bill loan, you will be entitled to receive free service fee of 60 MMK, but only if you repay it within 30 days.
  7. For designated KBZ Payroll Customers and KBZ Bank employees, emergency phone bill loan amounts of 1,000 kyats, 2,000 kyats, and 3,000 kyats are available, respectively, subject to eligibility criteria.
  8. If the eligible Customer has obtained the KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” service during the Campaign period, such Customers will have the privilege of waiving a 60 MMK service fee for their repayment, and this right can only be available one time within the Campaign period.
  9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  10. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles, and invitation links from social media. 
  11. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  12. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  14. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  15. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  16. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  18. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
