- KBZPay QR Week Program takes place from 24th November 2023 to 30th November 2023.
- In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
- The purpose of this Program is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to open gift boxes and win rewards such as cashbacks and coupons by making purchases at Merchants’ shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) .
- It will be eligible for the first payment of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will get a chance to open a gift box per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of coupons remain. The rewards inside gift box are as follows
- 200 Kyats Top Up Coupon
- 500 Kyats Bill Payment Coupon
- 800 Kyats KBZPay Market Coupon
- 500 Kyats Cashback
- 1,000 Kyats Cashback
- 50,000 Kyats Cashback

- One KBZPay Account can only be able to receive only one gift box per day. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” in the KBZPay App and Cashback will be credited instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this program.
- Customers can use only one coupon for one purchase or payment. In order to use Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
- At least 5,000 Kyats for 200 Kyats Top Up Coupon
- At least 10,000 Kyats for 500 Kyats Bill Payment Coupon
- At least 5,000 Kyats for 800 Kyats KBZPay Market Coupon
- Customers can enjoy the coupons within (7)days and If the relevant deadline has passed, it will no longer be usable. During this program, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
- During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (7) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Program.
- Customers can participate in this Program via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.

- KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Program to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
- Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Program. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Program, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Program and the benefits or features regarding this Program conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Program for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Merchants’ shops apply.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
