Terms & Conditions for “What type of music represents your personality?

  1. “Find out which type of music represents your personality.”Campaign period is from December 16th to 28th 2021.
  2. “Find out which type of music represents your personality.” Campaign objective is for KBZPay Application 5.0 and above version users to find out which type of music represents their personality by answering some fun questions.
  3. Customers can access the Campaign page via in-app home page banner or Entertainment official account (for 5.0 and above version users). 
  4. Customers can answer the 5 questions either through the Entertainment Official Account of KBZPay Application or by clicking other people’s results. Customers can view the results through KBZPay Application only.
  1. The questions in this Campaign are just amateur questions that are intended to make Customers happy. Customer ‌ acknowledges and agrees that KBZ does not force any Customers to participate in this Campaign and Customers participate in the Campaign with their free consents.
  2. The results from this Campaign will be randomly given just for Customers to participate and have fun. 
  3. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  4. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  5. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
  6. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
  7. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or  cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  8. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  10. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
  11. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
