“Win Prizes with International Remittance on KBZPayCampaign” Terms and Conditions

1.     The “Win Prizes with International Remittance on KBZPay Campaign” for Customers who receive international remittances into their KBZPay Wallet through money transfer services such as RIA, Merchantrade, Western Union, will be held from 29 September 2025 to 31 October 2025.

2.     The purpose of this Campaign is to win Lucky Draw Chances for Customers who receive international remittances of MMK 500,000 and above into their KBZPay Wallet through the above-mentioned money transfer services. During the Campaign Period, each Customer shall be entitled up to a maximum of five (5) Lucky Draw Chances.

3.     KBZPay Level 2 Customers can participate in this Campaign. If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.

4.     During the Campaign Period, Customers can check their Lucky Draw Chances on the Campaign Page within the KBZPay Wallet.

5.     Any Lucky Draw Chances earned during the Campaign Period will automatically expire once the Campaign ends.

6.     Customers who win prizes during the Campaign will be required to use their awarded Top-Up Coupons within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

7.     The prizes in this Campaign are as follows:

  •  MMK 1,000 Top-Up Coupon
  •  MMK 100,000 Cashback
  • MMK 50,000 Cashback
  • MMK 10,000 Cashback
  • MMK 5,000 Cashback
  • MMK 3,000 Cashback
  • MMK 2,000 Cashback
  • MMK 500 Cashback and
  • “Thank You”

8.     KBZPay Customers will be able to get their Cashback directly to their KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”. Top-Up Coupons will be received as the redeemable coupons, which can be used when topping up with an amount greater than the coupon value. The Cashback crediting time may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of KBZ Bank.

9.     During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.

10.    KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

11.    Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.

12.    In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

13.    Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

14.    KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

15.    All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of relevant prizes apply.

16.    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

17.    KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.18.    These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
