1. “Pay Your Monthly Internet Bill with KBZPay QuickPay” Campaign takes place from 1^st March 2025 to 10^th March 2025.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5, Level 2 and Youth Account Customers can participate in this Campaign.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level  2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5,Level 2 and Youth Account Customers to get Cashbacks when they make the payment  forty thousand (40,000)kyats and above successfully through QuickPay of Internet Service Provider Categories in KBZPay and complete the payment successfully to enjoy the special reward up to Fifty Thousand  (50,000) Kyats. During the Campaign period, the Cashbacks are as follows.

4. It will be eligible only for the Customers who make the payment of at least Forty Thousand  (40,000) Kyats and above for the payment amount via QuickPay of Internet Service Provider Categories in KBZPay and they will have a chance to open the gift box and enjoy the special reward           mentioned in Clause 3 during this Campaign period.     
5. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive one chance only. KBZPay Customers will be able to get their Cashback directly to their KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”.  KBZPay Customers      who make purchases after exceeding the cashback      limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits for cashbacks that will be given every day for eligible payments.
6. Cashback will be received directly into the KBZPay wallet. However, the cashback  credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ

10. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ        has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ      regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ  without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. “Kyo Phyae” Lucky Draw Campaign will be held from 1st  March 2025 to 31st March 2025.
2. KBZ Level 2 Users  who are eligible for “Kyo Phyae” to top up via KBZPay will be able to participate in the Campaign.
3. KBZ Level 2 Users who are eligible for Kyo Phyae and have obtained two thousand (2,000) MMK and above “Kyo Phyae” to top up via KBZPay will automatically be eligible to participate in the Campaign and will get one chance.
4. The following Cashback prizes will be included in the Campaign:

• Three Thousand (3,000) MMK     – (240) prizes
• Five Thousand (5,000) MMK   – (120) prizes
• Ten Thousand (10,000) MMK   – (60) prizes
• One Hundred Thousand (100,000) MMK   – (1) prize (Grand Prize)

5. The winners will be announced after the end of the Campaign. The Winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ may use the winner’s name and mobile phone number (not the full phone number) to announce via KBZ’s official website ‌and KBZ’s official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). Winner Announcement date and credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ or gazetted holidays.
6. During this Campaign period, there is no limit to the number of lucky draws per KBZPay account. However, each KBZPay account is eligible to receive only one cashback prize.
7. The Cashback will be credited directly to the winner’s KBZPay wallet within (7) business days after the prize is announced. The Cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ  although it is specified that the Cashback credited timeline is within 7 business days after the announcement.
8. KBZ Bank Employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for personal information, OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
9. Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash. 
10. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Users  will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.

၄။ “မြန်ဝမ်ဓါတ်ရှင်ပွဲ”ရှိ သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင်  QR Code ငွေပေးချေခြင်း တစ်ကြိမ်ပြုလုပ်တိုင်း ၂၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်လျှင် စတစ်ကာတစ်ခုနှုန်းဖြင့် ပွဲစဉ်အတွင်းရှိ KBZPay ကောင်တာတွင်  KBZPay sticker များရယူစုဆောင်းနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

4. It will be eligible only for the Customers who make the payment of at least five hundred thousand (500,000) Kyats and above successfully in one transaction at Doctor A Aesthetic Luxury Boutique by KBZPay application during this Campaign period and get a chance of Spin wheel which and enjoy the Cashbacks mentioned in clause 3.     
5. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can share the campaign with their friends and family. If the recipient clicks “Assist Now” and is successful, both the requester and the recipient will receive a coupon which was mentioned in clause 3 respectively. As a KBZPay Customer, receiving and providing assistance can be made once per KBZPay Account during this program period, and the coupon can only be redeemed twice during this program period.          
6. The purchased amount must be at least five hundred thousand (500,000) Kyats and above when redeeming the Discount Coupon received. During this Campaign, Coupon winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer, assign or convert as cash.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account Customers.  If KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully.
3. During the campaign, KBZPay Customers will receive random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up by completing the activities specified by KBZPay. The specified activities are as follows:
   1. Pay with KBZPay (Making purchases 15,000 Kyats and above successfully at Merchants’ shops during the Campaign period and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present KBZPay QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and get random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up).
   2. Deposit money to KBZPay (Deposit 15,000 kyats or more to KBZPay via  KBZBank, MPU, Master, Visa and Agent/Merchants and get random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up).
4. A KBZPay Customer can perform  the specified activities up to the following specified number of times per day and earn a random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up . They will not be able to earn a random cashback and 1 piece of heart puzzle light up for activities exceeding the specified number.

It will be eligible only for the Customers who make the payment of at least One Hundred Thousand  (100,000) Kyats and above for the payment amount via QuickPay of Finance Categories in KBZPay and they will have a chance to open the gift box and enjoy the special reward up to One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Kyats during this Campaign period.     
5. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Account can be entitled to receive one chance only. KBZPay Customers will be able to get their Cashback directly to their KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under their KBZPay’s “History”.  KBZPay users who make purchases after exceeding the random limit will not be eligible for cashback as there are limits for cashbacks that will be given every day for eligible payments.

11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ      regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ  without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
12. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

1. Pay with KBZPay at Restaurant Campaign takes place from 25th January 2025 to 31st January 2025.
