“A Collection of Thadingyut Lights Earn and Share,KBZPay’s Pocket Money at night” Terms and Conditions 

1.   “A Collection of Thadingyut Lights Earn and Share, KBZPay’s Pocket Money at night” Campaign starts from 15th October 2024  to 21st October 2024.

2.  KBZPay Level  2 and  Youth Account Customers will be able to participate and need to collect candles before the pocket money opening days from 18th October to 21st October 2024.

3.   During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect the candles to get pocket money. After collecting candles in advance, the Customer can get one of three types of lanterns once a day, depending on the number of candles that they have collected.There are three types of lanterns which are star lantern, paper lantern and sky lantern.

4.  As KBZPay Customer, they can only open a lantern once a day and get pocket money. In order to get pocket money, the system will automatically match starting from the biggest lantern every day.If the user click open button, they will get a chance to collect and open collect pocket money. 

5. In order to get the lantern, KBZPay Customer will have to complete the following tasks in order to receive Candles and sets of Candles per day. To collect the Candles,there are altogether eight tasks. 

      5.1 To invite new KBZPay Customers, and a total of (8) Customers can be invited. For such invitation, the inviter will be able to earn a specified number of cashback and the invitee will be eligible for a specified number of cashback and coupons.

     5.2 Candles can be collected through completing the tasks through social media sharing and receiving between friends. A participant can share three times in a day and each time they can get 5 candles.

     5.3 If customer pay 10,000 Kyats or more with a QR Code Payment at the Merchant Shops   

      5.4 if  customer top up MPT Number with 5000 Kyats,      

      5.5 If customer top up the Gift Card with 10,000 Kyats or more,

      5.6 If customer enter any Mini App,they will be able to get the specified candles,

6      The actual number of candles that the customer has earned in this campaign through completed tasks allows them to receive a random reward. 7.       Customers can check their coupons in the ‘My Coupons’ section under ‘My Profile.’ The validity of each coupon is 7 days, and once the 7 days expire, the coupon will no longer be valid for use.

8.      Customers who have collected the candles on 15th October 2024 to 16th and 17th  October 2024 can start opening the pocket money at 8:00 PM on 18th October 2024. Starting every 8:00 PM on 18th October 2024 to 21st October 2024, customers will be able to collect the pocket money.. Pocket Money giveaway will be first come first serve only.

9. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the KBZPay Pocket Money. If the lantern is opened with candles received by the Customer and used even on the first opening day, the candles need to be collected from the beginning for the next opening days.

10. If KBZPay Customers want to get a large amount of pocket money, the Customer can invite more users to open KBZPay Accounts, and if the invitees were successfully open as KBZPay Level 2 Customers, the Customer can collect more candles.

11.     The validity of a coupon mentioned in this Campaign is (7) days, and after the validity date, the Coupons will become invalid. Participants are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their coupons as cash.

12. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 

13.        Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.

14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause 13, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

15.       KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

16. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

17.       In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

18.        Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.

19.       KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

  4. “10.10 Shopping Spree” Campaign offers special programs such as free delivery with first 200 orders of 38,000 Ks minimum purchase value on 12th October, 16th October and 19th October. There will be a “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 2,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 2,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining excess delivery fee.
  5. In the KBZPay Market’s 10.10 Shopping Spree Campaign, “Hottest Deals in Town” program will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period.   8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation  from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
  14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  15. KBZ employees will never contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.

9. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of any fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of any fraudulent activities.

10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

11. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 

12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of amendment, cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.

13. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions and International Remittance Terms and Conditions shall apply.

16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

KBZPay Market  “9.9 Super Sale” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “9.9 Super Sale” Campaign will be started from 9th September 2024 till 18th September 2024. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy delivery fees discount for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchant and making payment with KBZPay.
  4. 9.9 Super Sale Campaign offers special program such as free delivery with first 200 orders of 38,000 Ks minimum purchase value on 11th September, 15th September and 18th September, . There will be a “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 2,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 2,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.
  5. In the KBZPay Market’s 9.9 Super Sale Campaign, “Hottest Deals in Town” program y will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Hottest Deals in Town” program will be held on 9th September 2024 and the second time  will be held on 13th September 2024. For the first “Hottest Deals in Town” program that starts on 9th September 2024, Customers can start using the Coupon code only on 9th September 2024 at 9:00PM.   7. Customers can purchase the products from the Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “9.9 Super Sale”.
  8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation  from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
  14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.

  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and Youth Account users.  If Level 1 and Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers and youth account customers to get Cashbacks by making purchases 20,000 Kyats and above successfully at J’Donuts shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR  (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).

  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 and KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase bus tickets at MMBusTicket Mini App under Mini Apps of KBZPay and pay 15,000 kyats and above during  the Campaign period and can get a chance to spin the wheel and win the Cashback: 5,000 kyats, 3,000kyats,2,000kyats,1,000kyats.
  4. The minimum purchase amount is 15,000 kyats and one customer can get one chance per day to win the Cashback. There are  limited Cashback units available. If the limited Cashback amount has reached, the Customer will not be able to receive a Cashback.
