As an appreciation to our valued KBZ mBanking customers, we are offering MPT’s “More TopUp, Get Higher Rewards” Campaign. Around 3,000 customers will have a chance to win top up rewards when spending top up bills 5,000 MMK and above.

Campaign period is from 23rd September to 30th September, 2022 

MPT GSM/WCDMA prepaid active users (Swe Thahar/ Shal Pyaw/ Shwe Zagar) can participate in this campaign.

Winners will be selected on the 10th of October after the Campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within the above mentioned date.

Bonus E Top Up can be used for Voice/Data package, On-net calls/ SMS within one year.

Customers need to spend 5,000 MMK and above to top up via KBZ mBanking and KBZPay to participate in the campaign. Lucky winners will be selected on the 10th of October after the Campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within the above mentioned date.

Balance transfer is not eligible. If you top up for the other number from your KBZ mBanking and KBZPay, only the other number (recipient) is eligible for the campaign.

Terms and Conditions for MPT “More TopUp, Get Higher Rewards” Campaign

  1. As an appreciation to our valued KBZPay customers, we would like to give MPT “More TopUp, Get Higher Cash Back” Campaign which our around 40,000 random customers will get cash back from “More TopUp, Get Higher Rewards” Campaign from KBZPay.
  2. This Campaign is from 23rd September 2022 to 30th September 2022 only. 
  3. MPT GSM/ WCDMA prepaid users (Swe Thahar/ Shal Pyaw/ Shwe Zagar) can participate in the event by doing top-up via KBZPay. Postpaid, CDMA, Base Tariff users and non- active users are not eligible to participate. During the Campaign period, top-up from the Physical TopUp Card and E-load are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Balance transfer is not eligible. If customers top-up for  another number via KBZPay, the  user who receives the top-up number is eligible for the Campaign. Customer who top up under 5,000 MMK are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  4. Customers who top-up 5,000 MMK and above can participate in the Campaign and around 40,000 random customers will get top up rewards. Winners will be selected on the 10th of October after the Campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within the above mentioned date. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that KBZ and MPT may use the Customer’s name and phone number (not full digit) in order to announce the Winners of the reward through social media and websites.
  5. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ and/or MPT’s control, the winner announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
  6. Top up rewards can be used for Voice/ Data package, Voice/ SMS within 1 years (from the date the reward is sent)
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/ or ban any participant who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  12. KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/ or withdraw the reward and/ or cancel and/ or vary its benefits or features, and/ or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  13. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  14. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  15. KBZPay reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  17. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

The Customers who will participate in this Campaign are required to agree and follow to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign

  1. KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign period is from September 10, 2022 to September 16, 2022.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of KBZPay Gift Card Spin Wheel Campaign is for Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to Spin the Wheel and enjoy Cashback, Gift Card Coupons and Special Rewards while purchasing any types of Gift Cards with a minimum set amount with KBZPay Blue Application.
  4. Each time Customers purchase a Gift card (at least 800 Kyats) within the KBZPay Blue Application, he/she will get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel.The Spin Wheel will be allowed to spin one time per payment transaction for purchasing.

5.1 Special Rewards are as follows:

  1. To obtain a Spin Wheel chance, Customers will have to spend a minimum amount of 800 Kyats for a Gift Card purchase, even if after using Discount Coupons. Customers will not receive a Spin Wheel chance for Gift Card purchases of below 800 Kyats.

(For example, if A uses a 500 kyats Discount Coupon for a 1,500 kyats gift card purchase, it will cost 1,000 Kyats, and since that purchase is above 800 Kyats, A will get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel)

(For example, if B uses a 300 kyat Discount Coupon to purchase a 1,000 kyats Gift Card,  it will cost 700 Kyats, and since that purchase is below 800 Kyats, B will not get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel.)

  1. After successfully purchasing the Gift Cards worth 800 kyats and above, KBZPay Customer has the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the Campaign period.
  1. KBZPay Customers will receive cashback rewards instantly into their KBZPay wallet and the Gift Card coupons can be checked under ‘My Coupon’ inside KBZPay app.  
  1. The redeem code for the winners of Special Rewards can be found under ‘My Prizes’ and use the code to redeem the prize. The Redeem Code can be used until August 24, 2023. The winners are recommended to save the Redeem Code as when the Campaign period ends, ‘My Prizes’ Page containing the Redeem Code will disappear.
  1. The purchased amount of Gift Card must be more than the Gift Card Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Gift Card Discount Coupon received.
  2. The Discount Gift Card Coupons will expire after (7) days of receiving those coupons.
     
  3. One Gift card coupon is eligible for  one time purchase and Customers can use only one Coupon for their purchase. 
  1.  During the KBZPay Gift Card Campaign, the Top 10 Gift Card Customers will be awarded the prize mentioned in Clause 14 and the list of Top 10 Gift Card Customers will be announced after one day the campaign ends. 
  1. After the campaign, KBZPay will send SMS to the winners of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang 7777 Diamonds. Winner can send an email to KBZPay Customer Service – query@kbzpay.com with his/her personal details such as Name, NRC number, Phone Number, Current Address and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang User ID as well as the received SMS Screenshot from KBZPay via email. The winner will receive the prize within 7 working days after the verification process of winners of Top 10 Gift Card Customers upon receipt of complete information. 
  1.  KBZPay will not be held responsible for any errors in the prize drawn by the winner.
  1.  Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  1. Customers are required to upgrade the KBZPay app to the latest version in order to participate in the campaign.
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within 7 days as stated in Clause 11, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information.
