PayAdvance is the new product of KBZPay that allows employees to make a drawdown request up to half of their monthly salary (Maximum 500,000MMK)

The product is designed to meet employee’s short-term financial needs with the PayAdvance amount paid upon employee’s request before the salary pay date.

The funding can be from the Employer

Customers  must also be using KBZPay L1.5 or L2. In addition, it’s employer must have the PayAdvance agreement with KBZ Bank.

 In order to apply PayAdvance, customers must be KBZPay L1.5 or L2.  Respective employer also has an PayAdvance agreement with KBZ and has done the registration for the employees in PayAdvance portal to be eligible for PayAdvance. Then simply click on the PayAdvance feature and enjoy it.

Maximum accessible amount is up to 500,000 MMK which is half of your salary.

In order to apply PayAdvance, customers must be KBZPay L1.5 or L2 . Respective employer also has an PayAdvance agreement with KBZ and has done the registration for the employees in PayAdvance portal to be eligible for PayAdvance. Then simply click on the PayAdvance feature and enjoy it.

It can be requested since from the pay advance accessible date, from the KBZ Blue App, Life> Financial and loan services > PayAdvance .

It depends on the Company’s Pay Cycles. The customer can usually apply approximately from 16th  to 21st day of every month. The range of payAdvance accessible dates can vary from company to company.

  1. The purpose of “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign is for all KBZPay Customers to enjoy cashback and discount coupons by collecting points via KBZPay top up function. 
  1. All levels of KBZPay Customers will get 1% of top up and data packages amount purchased as points during the Campaign period.
  1. Customers can see their collected points at “My points” from the Campaign page.
  1. Customers can use their collected points at spin wheel lucky draw or redeem with discount coupons that can be used at the next top up / data pack purchase. 
  1. Customers need to collect 30 points to spin the wheel one time. The points used to spin the wheel will be deducted after each activity.

The spin wheel rewards are as follows, 

  • 10,000 MMK Cashback
  • 10 MMK Top up discount coupon (minimum purchase amount 500 MMK)
  • 20  MMK Top up discount coupon (minimum purchase amount 500 MMK)
  • 30 MMK Top up discount coupon (minimum purchase amount 500 MMK)

  1. Customers can get a maximum of 500 points from air time top up, but customers can get unlimited points from the Task list. 
  1. Through the Task List page of the Campaign, customers can invite new KBZPay users. If the invitee is successfully registered at  KBZPay, the invitee (new users) will get a 100 MMK top up discount coupon, and the inviter will also get 300 MMK Cashback and 200 MMK top up discount coupon only when new users have been successfully upgraded to level 1.5.On top of that, if the invitee uses the top up function, the inviter will get 800 points more. 
  1. Customers can use discount coupons at purchasing top up or any data packages. In order to use discount coupons, Customers have to purchase the minimum amount set in Clause 7 accordingly. 
  1. Though Customers who are waiting for KBZPay Level 1.5 approval (KBZPay new users) will receive the discount coupons, the Customers will only be able to use the coupons after getting the confirmation that they are KBZPay Level 1 or 1.5 Customers.  
  1. Customers need to use the discount coupons within 7 days of receiving them. Coupons will expire after 7 days. 
  1. Customers can only use one coupon for one purchase of top up or data packages. 
  1. During this “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits and Customer’s collected points stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire 7 days after the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Discount Coupons within 7 days as stated in Clause 12, if the Customer received the Discount Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
  1. During this “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  1. During this ”Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback“ Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

The purpose of  Buy MMBus ticket via KBZPay to win Tour Package and discount coupons is for all KBZPay Customers to be able to buy MMBus ticket via KBZPay easily, and enjoy discount coupons, that can be used in the next purchase of MMBus ticket, and get a chance to win Chaung Thar Full Tour Package.

  3. If there any issues arise between Customers and MMBus ticket such as changing the date and time of travel tickets purchased by the Customers, cancellation, refunds will be dealt with MMBus ticket and Customers.

KBZPay Task Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. The KBZPay Task Campaign duration is from 20th June 2022 to 17th July 2022. 
  1. All Level and Version of KBZPay Customers will be able to participate in this campaign but in order to use the Top-Up Coupons, Customers have to be Level 1.5 and above. 
  1. There are 2 types of Tasks in the Campaign. 

(3.1) First one is the Check-In Task where Customers can get a Top-Up Coupon by doing a Check-In at Campaign Page every day. There are 3 types of Check-In per week and 

  • For 1st time Check in, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon
  • For 3 consecutive Check In, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon and 50 kyats Top-Up Coupon
  • For 7 days consecutive Check In, Customers can get 20 kyats Top-Up Coupon, 50 Kyats Top-Up Coupon and 100 kyats Cash Back

Check-In Task will be refreshed every week and there will be a total of 4 weeks. The Top-Up Coupon can be used within 7 days and it will expire after 7 days. The Top-Up Coupon can be used for purchasing Phone Bills or Data Packages. But the purchased Package needs to be higher than the Coupon value. 

(3.2) Second type is Main Business Tasks. Customers can complete up to 7 tasks per day and the list of tasks will be refreshed after 2 weeks. But there is one specific task that the Customers will have to complete throughout the campaign. 

  • That one single task that the customer can do throughout the campaign is inviting new Customers. Wherever a customer can invite a new customer, he/she can have one chance to open Mystery Box and wherever the invited customer becomes a Level 1.5 customer, the inviter will get 500 kyats cash back. 
  • The Customers can also complete other tasks and get chances to open the Mystery Box. Customers can either open the Mystery Box instantly or they can save the chances and open the Mystery Box later. But the Customers will have to open the Mystery Box within the week when the tasks are completed and the chances will expire after that week. Every Campaign week will start from Monday and ends on Sunday. The Campaign will last for a month and the list of tasks will be refreshed after two weeks.
  • Customers will have to use the Top-Up Coupon within 7 days as the Coupons will expire after 7 days. But Cash Back can be used anytime. 
  1. Inside the Mystery Box, the big prizes will contain up to MMK 100,000 Cash Back and Samsung 55” TV.
  1. A Customer who wins the Samsung 55” TV will receive an SMS alert from KBZPay. And the Customer will have to send an email to query@kbzpay.com by attaching the received SMS and personal information and Prizes will be redeemed within (10) Business days after the end of the Campaign.
  1. KBZ will not be held responsible for any errors in the prize drawn by the winner.
  1. Winner  is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  1. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause 3 of subclause 3.1 and subclause 3.2, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  1. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
