၁။ KBZPay ၏ Power Hour Campaign ကာလသည် ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလ (၁၅) ရက်နေ့ နံနက် ၉ နာရီ မှ နံနက် ၁၀ နာရီ အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ KBZPay ၏ Power Hour Campaign Campaign ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူ (အဆင့် ၁.၅ နှင့် အဆင့် ၂ အသုံးပြုသူများ)အနေဖြင့် KBZPay အသုံးပြု၍ အချိန်မရွေး နေရာမရွေး ၂၄ နာရီ အတွင်း အချင်းချင်း အခမဲ့ ငွေလွှဲသည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အချိန်အတွင်းပြုလုပ်ပြီး ဆုငွေကျပ် ၂ သိန်း ကံထူးနိုင်ရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၃။ Power Hour Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်ရန် KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူ (အဆင့် ၁.၅ သို့ အဆင့် ၂) သည် KBZPay ၏ ငွေလွှဲ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူ နောက်တစ်ဦးကို အချင်းချင်းငွေလွှဲ ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Power Hour နေ့ရက်များနှင့်အချိန်အတွင်း အနည်းဆုံး တစ်ခါ ငွေလွှဲခြင်းဖြင့် Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ (မှတ်ချက် – ငွေလွှဲသူ သာ ဤအစီအစဉ် အတွက် အကျုံးဝင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။)
၄။ အချင်းချင်းငွေလွှဲရာတွင် ပမာဏ အနည်းဆုံး ၅၀၀၀ ကျပ်ရှိရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
၅။ အစီအစဉ်ကာလတလျောက် နေ့ရက်အလိုက် Power Hour အကျုံးဝင်မည့် အချိန်များကို ကြေညာပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်သောကြောင့်KBZPay ၏ တရားဝင် အပြာရောင်အမှတ်အသားပါသော Facebook Page တွင် ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာပေးပါရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။
၆။ Customer များသည် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော KBZPay ငွေလွှဲ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ အချင်းချင်းငွေလွှဲမှု များကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ပြုလုပ်ပြီးသည် နှင့် တပြိုင်နက် Power Hour Campaign အစီအစဉ်သို့ ချက်ချင်း ပါ၀င် နိုင်သည့် အခွင့်အရေး ရရှိမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ KBZPay သည် တစ်ရက်လျင် ကံထူးရှင် ဆယ်ယောက်အား ရွေးချယ်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၇။ Customer များသည် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Campaign ကာလပတ်လုံး KBZPay အသုံးပြု၍ ငွေလွှဲ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး အချင်းချင်းငွေလွှဲမှု များကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဆုငွေများကို တစ်ကြိမ်ထက်ပိုပြီး ကံထူးနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၈။ KBZPay ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သူများအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် account နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်မည်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကို မျှတောင်းခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
၉။ KBZ ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် ဤအစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၀။ ကံထူးသူ များ အနေဖြင့် ဆုလက်ဆောင် ထုတ်ယူရန် KBZPay Official Facebook Page Messenger သို့ မိမိတို့ရရှိထားသော SMS Message အားပေးပို့ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကံထူးသွားသူများသည် ဆုလက်ခံ ရရှိသောအခါတွင် မိမိတို့၏ KBZPay အသုံးပြုနေသည့် ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့်တကွ KBZPay app ကို အသုံးပြုရသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံအား KBZPay Messenger သို့ မျှဝေပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အဆိုပါ မျှဝေထားသော ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့်စာသားများကို KBZPay Facebook Page တွင် ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုခွင့် ပေးရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
၁၁။ Campaign ကာလအတွင်း မည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားမှုမျိုး ကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တားမြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအားမည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးဖြင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သူ
ကိုမဆို KBZPay ကပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းနှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၁၂။ ဆုရရှိသူများသည် မိမိ၏ ဆုကို တစ်ခြားသူအား လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၃။ ဆုရရှိသူများနှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြားပေါ်ပေါက်သည့် မည်သည့်အငြင်းပွားမှုမဆို ရှိခဲ့လျှင် KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏အဆုံးအဖြတ်သည်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၁၄။ KBZPay သည် ဆုငွေများကို ကံထူးရှင်၏ KBZPay အကောင့်ထဲသို့ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက် ၇ ရက် အတွင်း ထည့်သွင်းပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၁၅။ တစ်ဖက်သတ်ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဤစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ အရလည်းကောင်း customer များအနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်လျော်ကြေးကိုမျှခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။
၁၆။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို၊ မည်သည့်ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှမလုပ်ဘဲ၊ မည်သည့်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းကိုမဆို ရပ်စဲခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ဆုကြေးကိုရုပ်သိမ်းခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအားပြောင်းလဲခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းလဲ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။
၁၇။ KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်းအကျုံးဝင်စေရမည်။
၁၈။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ဥပဒေများ ကအစိုးရပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။
၁၉။ KBZ ဘဏ်သည် COVID-19 ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် မည်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုမျိုးကိုမဆို အခြေအနေအရပ်ရပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
1. KBZPay “Power Hour” campaign period is from November 15th, 2020 at 9 AM until 10 AM.
2. The purpose of KBZPay “Power Hour” Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers who make person to person transactions ( Transfer) anytime anywhere 24/7 by using KBZPay within the campaign period to get a chance to win the prizes
3. In order to participate in the Power Hour campaign, KBZPay customers (level 1.5 – 2) must use the person to person transfer feature to transfer money. Customers who transfer within the announced Power Hour time and day will get the chance to win the prizes. (Remarks: this campaign is only eligible for those who are transferring, and not the receiver).
4. A minimum amount of 5,000 MMK needs to be transferred in order to be eligible for this campaign.
5. Please ensure that you check the official KBZPay Facebook page in order to be updated with the campaign Power Hour announcements.
6. Customers who completed the person to person transfer within the minimum amount will be instantly qualified into KBZPay “Power Hour” Campaign. KBZPay will choose 10 winners a day.
7. Customers who participated in person to person transfer within the campaign period are eligible to win more than one prize from KBZPay “Power Hour” Campaign.
8. KBZPay employees will not contact participants in the campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or account information.
9. KBZ employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
10. In order to claim your prize if you’re one of the winners, you must go to KBZPay Official Facebook Page Messenger and send your SMS confirmation message. In addition, you must also send us a photo of you using KBZPay and share your testimonials. KBZPay will be resharing your testimonials and photos on KBZPay Facebook Page.
11. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during Power Hour Campaign with KBZPay. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
12. All prizes are non-transferable.
13. Any dispute arises between the winners and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZPay.
14. KBZPay will transfer prizes to the winner’s KBZPay account within 7 working days.
15. Winners shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation of these terms and conditions.
16. KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or withdraw the prize and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
17. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
19. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 at any time, as the situation evolves.
