- “Collect Christmas Presents from KBZPay” Campaign from 19th December 2022 to 25th December 2022. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate and collect Christmas Decorations before the rewards opening days from 24th December 2022 and 25th December 2022.
- KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
- During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect five different Christmas Decorations (KBZPay Christmas Star, Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Bells, Christmas Decoration, Christmas Gift Bag) to get Christmas Presents.
- In order to receive Christmas Decorations, customers will have to complete the tasks as below.
- Pay with KBZPay (Get 1 Christmas Decoration by making payment with KBZPay for 1,000 Ks and above)
- Cash into KBZPay (Cash into KBZPay for 5,000 Ks and above to Get 1 Christmas Decoration)
- Invite New KBZPay User (Get 2 Decorations once the invitee submits new user registration and get 3 more Decorations once the invitee gets approval and becomes a Level 1.5 user.)

Customers will be able to know the collected Decorations by checking the lighted Decorations in the Campaign page. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. For every usage of +1 MMK exceeding the Coupon amount, Customers will be able to use the Coupons. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
- Decorations can be collected through completing the tasks, through Social Media and KBZPay Connect or through sharing and receiving between friends. Although Decoration can be shared through Social Media and KBZ Connect, the shared link can only contain a maximum of 4 Decorations. If the participant only has 1 Decoration, it cannot be shared. If the Customer shared the Decorations with his friends without scratching the cards, the receivers will have the rights to scratch the Cards together with the Decorations.
- Customers who have collected the Decorations from 19th December to 23rd December can start collecting the Christmas Presents at 8:00 PM on 24th and 25th of December. Rewards will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards.
- Christmas Presents will be Samsung 55” TVs and more than 100 Million Ks Cashbacks. Winner of Samsung 55” TV will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, and phone number. Once checked and confirmed, customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
- TV present winner is required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. TV present winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
- Although the Customer collected 5 of the Christmas Decorations, if the Customer does not collect the reward on 24th December at 8:00 PM, the Customer will have to wait until the next day, 25th of December to open the Christmas Presents at 8:00 PM. If the Decorations received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Decorations need to be collected from the beginning for the next Christmas Present opening day.
- Depending on the number of collected Decorations, Customers will also be eligible to participate in the Daily Ranking List.The ranking list only includes Decorations obtained from actions, Decorations shared by friends are not counted.
- The ranking list can be viewed on KBZPay’s Campaign page in real time every day.
- The rewards for the ranking list are as follows-

- 3rd on daily ranking list – 30,000 MMK

- The final weekly ranking list winners will get the rewards directly credited to their KBZPay wallets after 7 working days of final results. Although it is stated as 7 working days, KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify such time without prior notice to the Customer in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

- Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media.
- During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause (5) and (17) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
- KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
- Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these tTerms and cConditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
