KBZPay QR Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Campaign takes place from 18th August 2023 to 22nd August 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers who make purchases with no limitation of minimum amount at specified Merchants’ shops such as 1 Stop Mart, United Living Mall, Aeon Orange, Sein Daung, Star Mart Kitchen Centre, K-Mart Supermarket and Bear Mart with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (Micro Pay) (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop and select seven winners of 100,000Ks.
  4. During the Campaign period, Customers who make payment with other methods may not be able to participate.
  5. Winners of 100,000 Ks will be selected within (10) days after the end of Campaign date and will be announced via the KBZPay official Facebook Page with a blue mark and SMS. Rewards will be directly transferred to KBZPay Wallet of the winners after the (5) days announcement (excluding public holidays). 
  6. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ and/or merchants’ control, the winner of 1 lakhs announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. KBZ employees will not contact  the participants in the Campaign  to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and the Terms and Conditions of 1 Stop Mart, United Living Mall, Aeon Orange, Sein Daung, Star Mart Kitchen Centre, K-Mart Supermarket and Bear Mart shall also apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
