KBZPay QR Week Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Week Campaign takes place on 11th, 18th, 25th May and 1st Junel 2024 (Four Saturdays).
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to open gift boxes and win rewards such as Cashbacks by making purchases at Merchants’ shops every Saturdays and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
  4. It will be eligible for the first two payments of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will randomly get a chance to open a gift box per KBZPay account in a day until the limited gift boxes remain. 
  5. One KBZPay Account can be able to receive two chances per day. Customers will be able to get their Cashback instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign and it can be checked under “History”. Cashback rewards are

  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  7. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  8. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Merchants’ shops apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
