“Pay with KBZPay at KFC Stores and Get Cash Back” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. Pay with KBZPay at KFC Stores and Get Cash Back” Campaign is from 24th March to 6th April 2023.
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. During the Campaign period, Customers will be able to get cash back by paying with KBZPay at KFC Stores via KBZPay Blue Application.
  4. During the Campaign period, 5,000Ks and above payment can be cash back one time per day and cash back details will be as below.
  • 300Ks cash back for between 5,000Ks and 10,000Ks payment
  • 500Ks cash back for 10,001 Ks and above payment
  1. To participate in this Campaign, customers need to purchase at least 5,000 kyats and    above per day and pay by scanning the KBZPay Merchant QR (or) Customer present QR (micropay) Code at KFC Stores. Cashbacks are not available for purchases under 5,000 Kyats and paying with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of KFC.
  2. One KBZPay account can get one cash back per day. 
  3. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Participants in this Campaign. 
  4. If there any issues arise between Customers and KFC such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by KFC and Customer.
  5. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 
  6. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  8. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for KFC apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
