Terms and Conditions of “Digital Zay Mini App Exclusive Discount Program”

  1. ​​Digital Zay Mini App Exclusive Discount Program is from 12th March 2024 to 19th March 2024. 
  2. Only KBZPay Level 2 Customers can participate in the Program. 
  3. During the Program period, Customers will be able to purchase the below brand and products with discounts through the Digital Zay Mini App on the KBZPay App.

  1. During this Program period, the number of products available at a discount on the Digital Zay Mini App on the KBZPay App is limited, and the Customers need to purchase early. If the specified quantity limit is exceeded, customers will no longer be able to purchase at a discount. The items purchased by the customers are limited and will be entitled to enjoy the official warranty specified depending on the product types. 
  2. If the Customer finds any discrepancy after the item purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay has been delivered to their home, the Customer can contact the Digital Zay Hot Line phone number (09882333878 XXXX) immediately. In such case, as per Digital Zay’s Terms and Conditions, it will be provided by Digital Zay. However, for finding any difference in the type of product after delivery, the value of the product will not be refunded. 
  3. If the wrong products were delivered to the Customers, Customers will have to contact Digital Zay within 2 days as per Digital Zay’s Refund Policy. 
  4. The ordered products will be delivered to the Customer by Digital Zay within 3 to 5 working days. The products will be delivered, and the timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank and Digital Zay.
  5. Any malfunction, discrepancy of the products purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay, Customers must contact Digital Zay directly for any issues such as changing or canceling products. If any dispute arises between the Customer and Digital Zay regarding the products purchased by the Customer under this program, it shall be resolved between the Customer and Digital Zay and KBZPay shall not be responsible.
  6. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Program.
  7. Customers can participate in this Program via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from Social Media. 
  8. During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period. 
  9. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Program to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  10. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Program. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Program, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  12. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Program and the benefits or features regarding this Program conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Program for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  14. All normal KBZPay and Digital Zay Terms and Conditions apply.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
