“Top up with Kyo Phyae and Spin the Wheel” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay “Top up with Kyo Phyae and Spin the Wheel” Campaign takes place from 1st to 30th May 2024.
  2. Only KBZPay Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. Moreover, participants in the Campaign must upgrade the KBZPay Application Version to 5.6.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Customers to obtain “Kyo Phyae” under “Top Up” and “My Services” of KBZPay and get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel and enjoy Top-up Coupons.
  4. Every time Customers obtain “Kyo Phyae” during this  Campaign, they will receive one spin of the Spin Wheel.
  5. Each KBZPay Customer is entitled to spin the Spin Wheel once per week and up to four times during the  Campaign period.
  6. The prizes included in the Spin Wheel are as follows;
  • 3,000 Ks Top-up Coupon
  • 2,000 Ks Top-up Coupon
  • 1,000 Ks Top-up Coupon
  • 500 Ks Top-up Coupon
  • 300 Ks Top-up Coupon
  • 100 Ks Top-up Coupon
  1. The amount of the purchased phone bill must be more than the Top-up Coupon amount when redeeming the Top-up Coupon received.
  2. Customers will be able to check their Top-up Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only one Top-up Coupon per phone bill top-up transaction.
  3. Customers need to use the Top-Up Coupons within 30 days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
  4. After successfully obtaining “Kyo Phyae”, Customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the  Campaign period.
  5. During this Campaign, Top-Up Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash.
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (8) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  7. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  8. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  9. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  10. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or  Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this  Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this  Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  12. The normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  14. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
