“Wepozt Mini App’s 500 Ks Promotion” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. Wepozt Mini App’s 500 Ks Promotion” Campaign is from 30th November to 3rd December 2023.
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. During the Campaign period, Customers will be able to get delivery service from 1 kg to 3 kg through the Wepozt Mini App in the KBZPay Blue Application for a delivery fee of 500 Kyats only. For every 1 kg of additional weight, Customers will be charged as per the prescribed charges.
  4. One KBZPay account will be able to get the delivery service for only 500 Kyats up to a total of 3 orders during the Campaign period. If the order is canceled or rejected during the ordering process, that order will not be counted as a 500 Kyats delivery fee promotion that will be given by this Campaign.
  5. In this Campaign, the orders for deliveries within Myanmar will be eligible but the orders for the airport, the ports and bus stations will not be eligible.
  6. It is limited to 70 orders maximum per day to be able to get 500 Kyats delivery fees, and if the limit is exceeded, Customers will not be able to get the service with a delivery fee of 500 Kyats.
  7. If there is any issue such as order cancellation (or) order rejection during the Campaign, the refund will be given only according to the paid amount.
  8. If there any issues arise between Customers and Wepozt Mini App such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by Wepozt Mini App and Customer.
  9. During the period when WePozt Delivery is responsible for the delivered items, otherwise, the items that have not yet been delivered, if any issues arise regarding the damage or loss of the delivered items, it will not be dealt with KBZPay and will only be dealt with Wepozt Mini App and Customers.
  10. Getting the Insurance on the delivery of expensive items is at the discretion of the Customer, so the insurance fee is not applicable to this Campaign.
  11. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 
  12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
  13. The original delivery price will be charged as soon as the promotion period is ended. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  14. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  15. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  16. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  17. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  18. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  19. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Wepozt apply.
  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  21. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  22. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
