1. Shwe Nar Sin Mini App 7 Days Free Trial Campaign will take place from 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024. 
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay app version has to be 5.1 and above.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Customers to enjoy any songs and audiobooks happily and to get more relaxation 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024 from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay.
4. KBZPay Customers may only get to enjoy any songs and audiobooks from Free Trial- 1 week Campaign if it is from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay. Customers may not get the benefits of the Campaign if they enjoy those from other applications.
5. During the Campaign period (within 7 days) from 8th May 2024 to 14th May 2024, Customers will get the chance and benefits of the Campaign from Shwe Nar Sin Mini App of KBZPay. 
6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers can enjoy many Myanmar songs and audio books for Free Trial- 1 week without having to purchase service and KBZPay Customers will not be able to enjoy the Free Trial- 1-week free promotion at the end of this Campaign period. If the service expires during the Campaign period, those who have received the service will be able to listen to many Myanmar songs and good audio books from the Shwe Nar Sin Mini App for free until the end of the Campaign period.

7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version  Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.

8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.

9. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.

10. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
    
11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

12. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms And Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 

13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

KBZ and Shwe Nar Sin will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
17. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. KBZPay “Top up with Kyo Phyae and Spin the Wheel” Campaign takes place from 1^st to 30^th May 2024.
2. Only KBZPay Customers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. Moreover, participants in the Campaign must upgrade the KBZPay Application Version to 5.6.0 and above.
3. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZPay Customers to obtain “Kyo Phyae” under “Top Up” and “My Services” of KBZPay and get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel and enjoy Top-up Coupons.
4. Every time Customers obtain “Kyo Phyae” during this  Campaign, they will receive one spin of the Spin Wheel.
5. Each KBZPay Customer is entitled to spin the Spin Wheel once per week and up to four times during the  Campaign period.
6. The prizes included in the Spin Wheel are as follows;

• 2,000 Ks Top-up Coupon
• 1,000 Ks Top-up Coupon

7. The amount of the purchased phone bill must be more than the Top-up Coupon amount when redeeming the Top-up Coupon received.
8. Customers will be able to check their Top-up Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only one Top-up Coupon per phone bill top-up transaction.
9. Customers need to use the Top-Up Coupons within 30 days of receiving them, as they will expire after this period and may no longer be usable.
10. After successfully obtaining “Kyo Phyae”, Customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the  Campaign period.
11. During this Campaign, Top-Up Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their prize as cash.
12. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (8) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

2. 3. The purpose of this Campaign is for Customers to purchase any Ooredoo data package or voice package during the Campaign period and win 100 Million Kyats, 15 units of  iPhone 15 and 15 units of 0.5 Tickle gold and data gifts up to 10 GB data bonus.
4. Customers who purchase Ooredoo Air time top-up only will not be qualify for this Campaign.
5. Customers who purchase any data package or voice package from Ooredoo Super App, USSD, Dealer Apps, M-Pitesan or any Banking and Fintech Apps are eligible for this Campaign and every time Customer purchase any data package or voice package, Ooredoo Myanmar will notify Customers via SMS text message.
6. If Customers win data bonus, Customers can use it within 3 days of receiving date.

4. During this Program period, the number of products available at a discount on the Digital Zay Mini App on the KBZPay App is limited, and the Customers need to purchase early. If the specified quantity limit is exceeded, customers will no longer be able to purchase at a discount. 5. If the Customer finds any discrepancy after the item purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay has been delivered to their home, the Customer can contact the Digital Zay Hot Line phone number (09882333878 XXXX) immediately. In such case, as per Digital Zay’s Terms and Conditions, it will be provided by Digital Zay. However, for finding any difference in the type of product after delivery, the value of the product will not be refunded. 
6. If the wrong products were delivered to the Customers, Customers will have to contact Digital Zay within 2 days as per Digital Zay’s Refund Policy. 
7. The ordered products will be delivered to the Customer by Digital Zay within 3 to 5 working days. The products will be delivered, and the timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank and Digital Zay.
8. Any malfunction, discrepancy of the products purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay, Customers must contact Digital Zay directly for any issues such as changing or canceling products. If any dispute arises between the Customer and Digital Zay regarding the products purchased by the Customer under this program, it shall be resolved between the Customer and Digital Zay and KBZPay shall not be responsible.
9. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Program.
10. Customers can participate in this Program via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from Social Media. 
11. During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period. 
12. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Program to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
13. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Program. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
14. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Program, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
15. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Program and the benefits or features regarding this Program conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
16. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Program for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
17. All normal KBZPay and Digital Zay Terms and Conditions apply.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
20. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
