“ShweStream Mini App Buy One, Get One Campaign” Terms and Conditions 

  1. ShweStream Campaign will take place from 12th to 25th Mar 2024. 
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay app version has to be 5.1 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Customers to enjoy any movies happily and to get more relaxation during the campaign period from Shwestream Mini App of KBZPay.
  4. KBZPay Customers may only get to enjoy any movies from buy one, get one campaign if it is from ShweStream Mini App of KBZPay. Customers may not get the benefits of the Campaign if they watch from other applications.
  5. During the Campaign period (within 14 days) from 12th to 25th Mar 2024, Customers will get the chance and benefits of campaign from ShweStream Mini App of KBZPay. 
  6. For those Customers who have purchased before the Campaign period and after campaign, will not eligible for the benefits of campaign.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version  Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  1. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  1. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

  1. During this Program period, the number of products available at a discount on the Digital Zay Mini App on the KBZPay App is limited, and the Customers need to purchase early. If the specified quantity limit is exceeded, customers will no longer be able to purchase at a discount. The items purchased by the customers are limited and will be entitled to enjoy the official warranty specified depending on the product types. 
  2. If the Customer finds any discrepancy after the item purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay has been delivered to their home, the Customer can contact the Digital Zay Hot Line phone number (09882333878 XXXX) immediately. In such case, as per Digital Zay’s Terms and Conditions, it will be provided by Digital Zay. However, for finding any difference in the type of product after delivery, the value of the product will not be refunded. 
  3. If the wrong products were delivered to the Customers, Customers will have to contact Digital Zay within 2 days as per Digital Zay’s Refund Policy. 
  4. The ordered products will be delivered to the Customer by Digital Zay within 3 to 5 working days. The products will be delivered, and the timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank and Digital Zay.
  5. Any malfunction, discrepancy of the products purchased by the Customer through the Digital Zay Mini App on KBZPay, Customers must contact Digital Zay directly for any issues such as changing or canceling products. If any dispute arises between the Customer and Digital Zay regarding the products purchased by the Customer under this program, it shall be resolved between the Customer and Digital Zay and KBZPay shall not be responsible.
  6. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Program.
  7. Customers can participate in this Program via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from Social Media. 
  8. During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period. 
  9. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Program to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

  1. KBZPay QR Week Program takes place on 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March 2024 (Four Saturdays).

In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.

  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get 10,000 Ks discount by making the purchase of a minimum amount of 100,000 Ks and above at Oway under “Travel” of KBZPay or from Oway own application or website and pay with KBZPay by tying in specified promo code.
  4. No refunds will be given for cancellation of tickets purchased during the Campaign  Period.
  5. There is a limited quantity who can get a discount during the Campaign, so if the limited number is exceeded, the discount of 10,000 Ks will no longer be available for payments of 100,000 kyats and more.

  1. “Pay with KBZPay and grab a chance to win up to 500,000 Ks Cashback” Campaign takes place from 8th February 2024 to 8th March 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to receive Cashback rewards by making purchases at Flymya under “Travel” of KBZPay or from this merchant’s own application or website and successfully pay with KBZPay.
  4. Minimum purchase amount is not limited. For 50,000 Ks winners, a winner will be selected per day based on each day purchased reservation ID and a total of (30) winners will be selected for (30) days.
