Travel with KBZPay Program Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay Travel Month program takes place from 12th September to 11th October 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this program, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
  3. The purpose of the program is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to purchase flight tickets, hotel bookings, or bus tickets via merchants : Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah under “Travel” of KBZPay or from those Merchant’s own applications or their website and get a chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel or Premium Spin Wheel based on the purchase amount and enjoy Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, Cashbacks and, Coupons.
  4. Customers purchase flight tickets or hotel bookings, or bus tickets with a minimum spending amount of 20,000 MMK and above, customer can get one chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel and anyone who spends the amount of 100,000 MMK and above can get one chance to spin Premium Spin Wheel. The Spin Wheel will be allowed to spin one time per payment transaction for purchasing.
  5. In addition, those who get five times of Normal Spin Wheel will get one chance to spin Premium Spin Wheel on their fifth time of successful payment. However, it is necessary to spin all previous four times of the Normal Spin Wheel. If a customer didn’t spin the Normal Spin Wheel once in all four spins previously earned , customer will only get a chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel on the fifth time.
  6. Each KBZPay Customers can get a chance to spin Normal Spin Wheel up to 15 times and Premium Spin Wheel up to 10 times during the program. In addition, the Premium Spin Wheel, which will be available on the fifth payment of normal spin wheel, will be available up to 3 times during the program.

Customers can use only use one Coupon for one purchase of Travel. In order to use travel Discount Coupons, the purchase amount has to be as below.

  2. Customers need to use the coupons of Top Up, Bill Payment and KBZPay Market within 7 days of receiving the Coupons. Customers need to use the coupons of Travel within 15 days of receiving the Coupons and they will expire after 15 days and they may not be able to use after 15  days.
  3. After successfully purchasing flight tickets or hotel bookings or bus tickets, Customers have the right to spin the Normal Spin Wheel and/or the Premium Spin Wheel at any time during the program period.
  4. During this program, Coupon holders and the Winner of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  5. Winner of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
  6. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 prize winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8  prize winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 prize winner  may accept the prize only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
  7. During this program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this program period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (9) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the program.
  8. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the program  for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this program. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this program, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or program and the benefits or features regarding this program conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this program for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and the Terms and Conditions of Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah shall also apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

KBZPay QR Week Program Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Week Program takes place from 6th September to 12th September 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
  1. The purpose of this Program is to receive coupons from KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers by making purchases at Merchants’ shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR  (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) .
  1. It will be eligible for the first payment of 5,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will receive one coupon per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of coupons remain.
  1. Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. For every usage of above 1 MMK exceeding the Coupon amount, Customers will be able to use the Coupons. 
  1. Customers can enjoy the Top Up Coupon within (3) days, KBZPay Market Coupons within (7)days and Bill Payment Coupon within (14)days. If the relevant deadline has passed, it will no longer be usable.
  1. During this program, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  2. During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period.

  1. KBZPay Brand Love Campaign takes place from 15th August 2023 to 21st August 2023. 
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay Application version has to be 5.1.0 and above to complete Task No.5, No.6 and KBZPay Application version has to be 3.0.3 and above to complete Task No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4 and No.7
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 users to complete the 7 Main Business Tasks within the KBZPay Application during the Campaign period, and for each task completed, they will be eligible for one chance to scratch card and win up to 100,000Ks cashbacks and Coupons.
  4. During Campaign period, KBZPay Customers can do Task No. 1: Cash in minimum of 30,000 Ks and above up to 5 times per day, and Task No. 2: Top up minimum of 3,000 Ks and above up to 3 times per day. KBZPay Customers can do each specified Task from Task 3 to 7  only 1 time per day.

  18. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

KBZPay QR Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay QR Campaign takes place from 18th August 2023 to 22nd August 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.

The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers who make purchases with no limitation of minimum amount at specified Merchants’ shops such as 1 Stop Mart, United Living Mall, Aeon Orange, Sein Daung, Star Mart Kitchen Centre, K-Mart Supermarket and Bear Mart with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (Micro Pay) (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop and select seven winners of 100,000Ks.
  4. During the Campaign period, Customers who make payment with other methods may not be able to participate.
  5. Winners of 100,000 Ks will be selected within (10) days after the end of Campaign date and will be announced via the KBZPay official Facebook Page with a blue mark and SMS. Rewards will be directly transferred to KBZPay Wallet of the winners after the (5) days announcement (excluding public holidays). 
  6. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ and/or merchants’ control, the winner of 1 lakhs announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. KBZ employees will not contact  the participants in the Campaign  to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and the Terms and Conditions of 1 Stop Mart, United Living Mall, Aeon Orange, Sein Daung, Star Mart Kitchen Centre, K-Mart Supermarket and Bear Mart shall also apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

  1. Shop For Beauty and Wellness with KBZPay Campaign takes place from 17th July to 27th July 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win iPhone 14 Pro and discount coupons by purchasing at all branches of MEDiCARE Myanmar, Clover Cosmetic & Skincare and KBZPay Market and can also test their skin type with KBZPay Skincare Mini App.
  4. At all branches of MEDiCARE Myanmar, Clover Cosmetic & Skincare and KBZPay Market, users can get ‌a chance to spin wheel after having the successful minimum purchase amount of 15,000 Ks and customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the Campaign period. Rewards from spin wheels are discount coupons and iPhone 14 Pro. The rewards are as follows:

  1. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account.
  2. One KBZPay account user can get only up to 5 chances of spin wheel and after five times, they will not have a chance to spin the wheel.
  3. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” or in “My Rewards” of Campaign page. Customers can use only one Coupon for one purchase or payment. Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code scan at MEDiCARE Myanmar and Clover Cosmetic and Skincare. For purchase from KBZPay Market, customers can purchase from the KBZPay Market in campaign page or under “My Services” of KBZPay main page. In order to use Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
    • At least 20,000 Ks for 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
    • At least 25,000 Ks for 1,500 Ks Discount Coupon 
    • At least 30,000 Ks for 2,000 Ks Discount Coupon 
  4. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 7 days of receiving the coupons. Coupons will expire after 7 days and they may not be able to use after 7  days.
  5. During this Campaign, coupon holders and the Winner of iPhone 14 Pro is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  6. Winner of iPhone 14 Pro  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
  7. iPhone 14 Pro prize winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. iPhone 14 Pro  prize winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (8) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
