Pay with KBZPay Program takes place from 7th October to 8th October 2023.
In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
The purpose of this Program is KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to make purchases at selected Merchants’ shops (Jing Myanmar, Sweet BB, W Sports Myanmar, Shwe Yin၊ Shwe Yin Mar, Shwe Yoe Yar, Shwe Yoke Lay, LAVISH, Royal : clay Jewelry, Shwe Pu Zun EainShinMa doeyat Mate Sway, Easy Way၊ Honey-Made In Myanmar, Timeless Natural Textile, Bell Bagan, My Medicine) and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or)manually adding shortcode of Merchant’s shop and get a chance to spin wheel and enjoy reward.
It will be eligible for the one payment of 10,000 Kyats and above, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to Merchant with shortcode and will receive a chance to spin wheel and get one reward per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of Coupons remain.
The Spin Wheel will be allowed to spin one time per payment transaction for purchasing and one KBZPay Customer are allowed to 10 spin wheel chances per day.

2,000 Ks Top Up Coupon
2,000 Ks KBZPay Market Coupon
2,000 Ks Buy Goods Coupon (Available for only selected Merchants)

Customers need to use the Coupons within 7 days of receiving the Coupons and they will expire after 7 days and they may not be able to use after 7 days.
Cashback from Spin Wheel will be credited instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Program and Coupons from Spin wheel can be able to check in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. The Cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.Customers can use only use one Coupon for one purchase. In order to use Discount Coupons, the purchase amount has to be as below.

During this Program, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period.
Customers can participate in this Program via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. .
During this Program period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Program period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (7) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Program.
KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Program to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Program. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Program, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Program and the benefits or features regarding this Program conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Program for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Merchants’ shops apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
