Pay with KBZPay at Selected Shops Terms and Conditions

  1. Pay with KBZPay at selected shops Campaign period is from 29th Jun, 2023 to 28th July, 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this campaign is to receive the Discount  Coupons when the Customers make the scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at selected Merchant shops.
  4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.
  5. Discount  Coupons are as follows,

  1. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 3,000 Kyats per transaction. Discount Coupons are not available for purchases under 3,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of the selected Merchant.
  2. Participants of this Campaign will get the chance to receive (3) Discount Coupons with one device per day from selected shops. 
  3. Participants in the Campaign may only use one Discount Coupon per phone number, and each Discount Coupon has a fourteen-day expiration date.
  4. If you have already used the previously specified Discount Coupon in the transaction, you are still eligible to receive it again if the next transaction results in a purchase of the specified amount of money.
  5. All selected Merchant shops taking part in the Campaign now accept Discount Coupons.
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  7. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
  8. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  1. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  1.  KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

KBZPay Market “Mega Sale” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “KBZPay Market Mega Sale” Campaign will be started from 25th June 2023 till 5th July 2023. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchant and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
  4. KBZPay Market Mega Sale offers special activities such as free delivery with no minimum purchase on 28th June 2023 2PM to 7PM. On 2nd July 2023 2PM to 7PM, free delivery with no minimum purchase and on 5th July 2023, first 500 orders will be eligible for Free Delivery with no minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. There will be “Hottest Deal in Town” and “Epic Sale” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 5,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 5,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.

  8. In the KBZPay Market Mega Sale “Epic Sale” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Epic Sale” activity will be held from 25th June 2023 to 30th June 2023 and the second time  will be held from 1st July 2023 to 5th July 2023. For the first “Epic Sale” that starts on 25th June 2023, Customers can start using the coupon code only from 25th June 2023 at 00:00AM to 30th June 2023 24:00 PM. For another  “Epic Sale” Activity on 1st July 2023, Customers can start using the coupon code only from 1st July 2023 at 00:00AM to 5th July 2023 24:00 PM. The coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the coupon codes more than one time.
  9. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
  10. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “KBZPay Market Mega Sale”.
  11. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  12. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  13. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  14. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  15. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  16. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
  17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  18. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  19. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

  1. KBZPay Fraud Awareness Campaign period is from 19th June to 25th June 2023 
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win airtime Top Up Coupons by answering all the fraud-related questions correctly.
  4. Customers can participate in this Campaign via the Campaign page or via in-app home page banner (for 5.0 and above version users). 
  5. Customers can only get coupons if they could answer all the questions correctly and they are given unlimited attempts until they get all the answers right.Discount coupons are as below

  2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem for Canal+ Bill Payment via KBZPay Blue Application.

  1. KBZPay Happy Shopping with KBZPay Discount Coupons Campaign takes place from 20th May 2023 to 2nd June 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem at all branches of Pro1, Win Mobile and selected branches of TMW. 

The Coupons amount are as follows:

  1. Buy Gift for Mother’s Day with KBZPay and win up to 100,000Ks Coupons Campaign period is from 10th May to 14th May, 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this campaign is to provide buygoods coupons when the Customers scan the KBZPay merchant’s QR Code and merchant’s website and fill merchant’s shortcode to make payments at Merchant shops.
  4. Buygoods Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.
  5. Buygoods Coupons are as follows,

  1. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code scan or fill merchant’s shortcode or pay with KBZPay at specific merchant’s website for a minimum amount of 3,000 Kyats per transaction. Buygoods  Coupons are not available for purchases under 3,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code scan or filling merchant’s shortcode or paying with KBZPay at specific merchant’s website. 
  1. Participants in the Campaign may only receive one Buygoods Coupon per phone number (KBZPay account) in one day, and each Buygoods  Coupon has a seven-day expiration date.KBZ does not allow the Customers to exchange their Buygoods Coupon, transferring, assignments or change into cash.
  2. Customers can use Buygoods Coupons at all merchant shops.
  3. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  4. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
  5. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  6. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  7. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  1.  KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

“Thingyan Special Gifts from KBZPay” Campaign Terms and Conditions

1.“Thingyan Special Gifts from KBZPay” Campaign from 10th April 2023 to 16th April 2023. KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers will be able to participate and collect Thingyan gifts before the pocket money opening days from 13th to 16th April 2023.

2. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customers successfully to participate in this Campaign.

3. During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect five different Thingyan gifts 

(padauk flower, water bowl, Thingyan flower, mote lone yay paw plate, Ah-Tar-Oh) to get pocket money.

4. Customer will receive one free reward when they enter the Campaign page for the first time during the Campaign period.

5. In order to receive Thingyan gifts per day, Customers will have to complete the following tasks and go one mandat to other to collect Thingyan gifts. 

5.1 By making payment with KBZPay for 1,000 Ks and above (1 time only)

6. After every completion of each task, Customers will be able to go mandat and in mandat,

6.1 Thingyan Gifts

6.2 100 MMK, 200 MMK and 500MMK Topup Coupons

6.3 1,000 MMK and 2,000 MMK Buygoods Coupons from KBZPay Market will be included. 

6.4 200 MMK and 500 MMK Buygoods Coupons from Merchants will be included. 

7. Customers will be able to know the collected Thingyan Gifts by checking the lighted Thingyan Gifts in the campaign page. For the Coupons, Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. 

8. For 100 MMK, 200 MMK and 500 MMK Topup Coupons can be used for purchases worth 1,000 kyats or more. For 1,000 MMK Coupons from KBZPay Market can be used for purchases worth 5,000 MMK and more. 2,000 MMK Coupons from KBZPay Market can be used for purchases worth 10,000 MMK and more. For 200 MMK and 500 MMK Buygoods Coupons can be used for purchases and pay with QR Code of the Merchants worth 1,000 MMK and more.

9. Thingyan Gifts can be collected through completing the tasks, through Social Media and KBZPay Connect or through sharing and receiving between friends. Although Thingyan Gifts can be shared through social media and KBZ Connect, the shared link can only contain a maximum of 3 Gifts and the receiver can collect only one gift. If the participant only has 1 Balloon, it cannot be shared.

10. Customers who have collected the Thingyan Gifts on 10th, 11th and 12th of April can start collecting the pocket money at 8:00 PM from 13th to 16th of April. Pocket money will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account before the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards.

11. Although the Customer collected 5 of the Thingyan Gifts, if the Customer does not collect the pocket money at 8:00 p.m, the Customer will have to wait until the next day to open the pocket money. If the Thingyan Gifts received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Thingyan Gifts need to be collected from the beginning for the next pocket money opening day.

12. Customers can get one Merchant Discount Coupon by having one Thingyan Gift that can be used at the specified online/offline Merchant payments. Coupons can be reused in accordance with the conditions described in clause (4). 

13. Any Coupon mentioned in this Campaign has validity is 14 days and after 14 days, the Coupons will become invalid. 

14. The Coupons can only be used after paying with KBZPay QR Code at the respective Merchants’ shops.

15. Participants are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their Coupons as cash.

16. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 

17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (14) days as stated in Clause 13, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

18. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

19. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this campaign is to receive 10% discount and extra cashback when the KBZPay  Customers make the scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at Remax shops.
  4. Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign.
  5. Cashback Amounts are as follows,
  1. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 20,000 Kyats per transaction. Cashbacks are not available for purchases under 20,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of Remax.
    Participants of this Campaign will get the chance to receive (2) Cashback with one device per day from Remax shops.
  1. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  2. If there any issues arise between Customers and Remax such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by Remax and Customer.
