1. KBZPay Brand Love Campaign takes place from 15th August 2023 to 21st August 2023. 
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay Application version has to be 5.1.0 and above to complete Task No.5, No.6 and KBZPay Application version has to be 3.0.3 and above to complete Task No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4 and No.7
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 users to complete the 7 Main Business Tasks within the KBZPay Application during the Campaign period, and for each task completed, they will be eligible for one chance to scratch card and win up to 100,000Ks cashbacks and Coupons.
4. During Campaign period, KBZPay Customers can do Task No. 1: Cash in minimum of 30,000 Ks and above up to 5 times per day, and Task No. 2: Top up minimum of 3,000 Ks and above up to 3 times per day. KBZPay Customers can do each specified Task from Task 3 to 7  only 1 time per day.
5. Customers can either scratch the card instantly or they can save the chances to scratch and win the rewards later but only until the Campaign end date. Available rewards from scratch card are

• 100,000Ks Cashback
• 100Ks AirTime Top Up Coupon
• 500Ks AirTime Top Up Coupon
• 500Ks KBZPay Market Coupon
• 1,000Ks KBZPay Market Coupon

6. The Cashback reward will be directly credited into the KBZPay Account of the Winner KBZPay Customer immediately upon winning. KBZ reserves the right to modify such time without prior notice to the Customer in the event outside the control of KBZ.
7. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 7 days of receiving the Coupons. Coupons will expire after 7 days and they may not be able to use after 7  days.
8. In order to use Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.

• At least 2,000 Ks for 100Ks AirTime Top Up Coupon
• At least 3,000 Ks for 500Ks AirTime Top Up Coupon 
• At least 10,000 Ks for 500Ks KBZPay Market Coupon
• At least 10,000 Ks for 1,000Ks KBZPay Market Coupon

9. In task number 1, “Cash in minimum of 30,000 Ks and above”, the customer needs to cash in a minimum amount of 30,000 kyats and above to receive the chance to scratch card.
10. In task number 2, “Top up minimum of 3,000 Ks and above”, the customer needs to top up a minimum amount of 3,000 kyats and above to receive the chance to scratch card.
11. In task number 3, “Share this Campaign on social media or to your friends”, the customer needs to share to their friends and family to participate to receive the chance to scratch card.
12. In task number 4, “Answer questions about how to keep your account safe”, the customer needs to answer fraus related questions correctly to receive the chance to scratch card.
13. In task number 5, “Test your skin with KBZPay Skincare Mini App”, the customer needs to test skin details to receive the chance to scratch card.
14. In task number 6, “Check the promotion items from KBZPay Market”, the customer needs to scroll the promotion products from KBZPay Market to receive the chance to scratch card.
15. In task number 7, “Answer quiz from Official Account”, the customer needs to answer the quizzes from Official Account to receive the chance to scratch card.
16. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles, and invitation links from social media. 
17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (7) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
18. KBZ employees will not contact  the participants in the Campaign  to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
19. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
20. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
21. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
23. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay shall also apply.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
25. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
26. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. KBZPay QR Campaign takes place from 18th August 2023 to 22nd August 2023.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. 
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers who make purchases with no limitation of minimum amount at specified Merchants’ shops such as 1 Stop Mart, United Living Mall, Aeon Orange, Sein Daung, Star Mart Kitchen Centre, K-Mart Supermarket and Bear Mart with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (Micro Pay) (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop and select seven winners of 100,000Ks.
4. During the Campaign period, Customers who make payment with other methods may not be able to participate.
5. Winners of 100,000 Ks will be selected within (10) days after the end of Campaign date and will be announced via the KBZPay official Facebook Page with a blue mark and SMS. Rewards will be directly transferred to KBZPay Wallet of the winners after the (5) days announcement (excluding public holidays). 
6. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ and/or merchants’ control, the winner of 1 lakhs announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win iPhone 14 Pro and discount coupons by purchasing at all branches of MEDiCARE Myanmar, Clover Cosmetic & Skincare and KBZPay Market and can also test their skin type with KBZPay Skincare Mini App.
4. At all branches of MEDiCARE Myanmar, Clover Cosmetic & Skincare and KBZPay Market, users can get ‌a chance to spin wheel after having the successful minimum purchase amount of 15,000 Ks and customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the Campaign period. 8. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 7 days of receiving the coupons. Coupons will expire after 7 days and they may not be able to use after 7  days.
9. During this Campaign, coupon holders and the Winner of iPhone 14 Pro is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
10. Winner of iPhone 14 Pro  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
11. iPhone 14 Pro prize winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. iPhone 14 Pro  prize winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
12. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 3. The purpose of this campaign is to receive the Discount  Coupons when the Customers make the scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at selected Merchant shops.
4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.
5. Discount  Coupons are as follows,

7. Participants of this Campaign will get the chance to receive (3) Discount Coupons with one device per day from selected shops. 
8. Participants in the Campaign may only use one Discount Coupon per phone number, and each Discount Coupon has a fourteen-day expiration date.
9. If you have already used the previously specified Discount Coupon in the transaction, you are still eligible to receive it again if the next transaction results in a purchase of the specified amount of money.
10. All selected Merchant shops taking part in the Campaign now accept Discount Coupons.

1. “KBZPay Market Mega Sale” Campaign will be started from 25th June 2023 till 5th July 2023. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchant and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
4. KBZPay Market Mega Sale offers special activities such as free delivery with no minimum purchase on 28th June 2023 2PM to 7PM. On 2nd July 2023 2PM to 7PM, free delivery with no minimum purchase and on 5th July 2023, first 500 orders will be eligible for Free Delivery with no minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. There will be “Hottest Deal in Town” and “Epic Sale” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 5,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 5,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.
5. Only the first 300 orders will be eligible for the free delivery with no minimum purchase on 28th June 2023 2PM to 7PM.

For the first “Hottest Deal in Town” that starts on 25th June 2023, customers can start using the coupon code only on 25th June 2023 at 00:00AM. For another  “Hottest Deal in Town” Activity on 1st July 2023, Customers can start using the coupon code only on 1st July 2023 at 00:00AM. The coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deal in Town” that starts on 25th June 2023 is from 25th June 2023 00:00 AM to 25th June 2023 24:00 PM. The coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deal in Town” that starts on 1st July 2023 is from 1st July 2023 00:00 AM to 1st July 2023 24:00 PM. The coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the coupon codes more than one time.
8. In the KBZPay Market Mega Sale “Epic Sale” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Epic Sale” activity will be held from 25th June 2023 to 30th June 2023 and the second time  will be held from 1st July 2023 to 5th July 2023. For the first “Epic Sale” that starts on 25th June 2023, Customers can start using the coupon code only from 25th June 2023 at 00:00AM to 30th June 2023 24:00 PM. For another  “Epic Sale” Activity on 1st July 2023, Customers can start using the coupon code only from 1st July 2023 at 00:00AM to 5th July 2023 24:00 PM. The coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the coupon codes more than one time.
9. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
10. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “KBZPay Market Mega Sale”.
11. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
12. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
13. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
14. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
15. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
16. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
18. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
19. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.0 and above.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win airtime Top Up Coupons by answering all the fraud-related questions correctly.
4. Customers can participate in this Campaign via the Campaign page or via in-app home page banner (for 5.0 and above version users). 
5. Customers can only get coupons if they could answer all the questions correctly and they are given unlimited attempts until they get all the answers right.Discount coupons are as below

• 100 Ks Air Time Top Up Coupon
• 200 Ks Air Time Top Up Coupon

6. Customers will get the coupon for one time only once they get all the answers right. The minimum purchase amount of the coupons is 3,000 Kyats  . Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” and can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.

Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupon within (7) days as stated in Clause 6, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
8. During this Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
11. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
12. KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
13. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these terms and conditions while those circumstances
16. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. “Get Canal+ Coupon with KBZPay” Campaign is from 15th June 2023 to 14th July 2023.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem for Canal+ Bill Payment via KBZPay Blue Application. 

The Coupons amount are as follows:

• 300 Ks Discount Coupon
• 500 Ks Discount Coupon
• 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
• Thank You

4. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My Profile”. Customers can use only one Coupon for one Canal+ bill payment. In order to use Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.

• At least 3,000 Ks for 300 Ks Discount Coupon
• At least 5,000 Ks for 500 Ks Discount Coupon 
• At least 10,000 Ks for 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon 

5. One KBZPay account can get one Coupon per day. 
6. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 5 days of receiving the Coupons. Coupons will expire after 5 days and they may not be able to be used after 5  days.
7. During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange or transfer as cash.
8. If there any issues arise between Customers and Canal+ such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by Canal+ and Customer.
9. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 
10. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (6) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem at all branches of Pro1, Win Mobile and selected branches of TMW. 

The Coupons amount are as follows:

• 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
• 1,500 Ks Discount Coupon
• 2,000 Ks Discount Coupon

4. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers can receive Discount Coupons in two (2) scenarios during the Campaign period.
5. The first scenario is when one KBZPay account Customers can enter a KBZPay application and get a Coupon once a day until the specified number of Coupons remain. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
6. The other scenario is when the Customers scans the QR Code placed at all branches of Pro 1, Win Mobile and selected TMW branches and gets one Coupon per KBZPay account per day until the specified number of Coupons remain.
7. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only one Coupon for one purchase or payment. Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code scan at specific merchant. In order to use Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
   • At least 30,000 Ks for 1,000 Ks Discount Coupon
   • At least 50,000 Ks for 1,500 Ks Discount Coupon 
   • At least 100,000 Ks for 2,000 Ks Discount Coupon
