1. Customers can start purchasing at the KBZPay Market Discounted Promotions. 
2. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to 5.1 version and above. 
3. Free delivery with 30,000 Kyats minimum purchase on KBZPay Market starts from 15th January 2023 till 23rd January 2023. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 5,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 5,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee. Only the first 600 orders will be eligible for the free delivery activity.
4. Customers can visit KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above). 
5. Customers can purchase the discounted Sales products from KBZpay Market.
6. Discounted Sales products are provided from the Merchant’s side. The Discounted products may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for delivery of these orders to the Customer.
7.  KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage as their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. HoweverKBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
8. Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign (either planned or unplanned).
9. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which actually need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the merchant and customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
11. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
12. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
15. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

1. Pay with KBZPay at selected shops Campaign period is from 13th Jan to 13th Feb, 2023.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this campaign is to receive the Discount  Coupons when the Customers make the scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at selected Merchant shops.
4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.
5. Discount  Coupons are as follows,

6. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 3,000 Kyats per transaction. Discount Coupons are not available for purchases under 3,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of the selected Merchant.
7. Participants of this Campaign will get the chance to receive (3) Discount Coupons with one device per day from selected shops. However, they only have the chance to receive 50,000Ks Discount Coupon for one 30,000 Ks transaction per day.  

8. Participants in the Campaign may only use one Discount Coupon per phone number, and each Discount Coupon has a seven-day expiration date.
9. If you have already used the previously specified Discount Coupon in the transaction, you are still eligible to receive it again if the next transaction results in a purchase of the specified amount of money.
10. All selected Merchant shops taking part in the Campaign now accept Discount Coupons.
11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

14. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

1. “KBZPay New Year Campaign” Campaign from 29th December 2022 to 2nd January 2023. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate and collect Gift Boxes before the rewards opening days on 31st December 2022, 1st and 2nd January 2023.
2. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or)  Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
3. During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect five different Gift Boxes (Red Gift Box, Blue Gift Box, Yellow Gift Box, Purple Gift Box and Green Gift Box) to get New Year Presents. 
4. In order to receive Gift Boxes, customers will have to complete the tasks as below.

Customers will be able to know the collected Gift Boxes by checking the lighted Gift Boxes in the Campaign page. Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. For every usage of +1 MMK exceeding the Coupon amount, Customers will be able to use the Coupons. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.

6. Gift Boxes can be collected through completing the tasks, through Social Media and KBZPay Connect or through sharing and receiving between friends. Although Gift Boxes can be shared through Social Media and KBZ Connect, the shared link can only contain a maximum of 3  Gift Boxes. If the participant only has 1 Gift Boxes, it cannot be shared. If the Customer shared the Gift Boxes with his friends without scratching the cards, the receivers will have the rights to scratch the Cards together with the Gift Boxes.

7. Customers who have collected the Gift Boxes from 29th December to 30th December can start collecting the New Year Presents at 8:00 PM on 31st December, 1st and 2nd January of 2023. Rewards will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards. 
8. New Year Presents will be iPhone 14 Pro and more than 100 Million Ks Cashbacks. Winner of iPhone 14 Pro  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, and phone number. Once checked and confirmed, customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
9. iPhone 14 Pro present winner is required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. iPhone 14 Pro  present winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.

Although the Customer collected 5 of the Gift Boxes, if the Customer does not collect the reward on 31st December at 8:00 PM, the Customer will have to wait until the next day, 1st January 2023 to open the New Year Presents at 8:00 PM. If the Gift Boxes received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Gift Boxes need to be collected from the beginning for the next New YearPresent  opening day.
11. Depending on the number of collected Gift Boxes, Customers will also be eligible to participate in the Daily Ranking List.The ranking list only includes Gift Boxes obtained from actions, Gift Boxes shared by friends are not counted.
12. The ranking list can be viewed on KBZPay’s Campaign page in real time every day. 
13. The rewards for the ranking list are as follows-

KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances
28. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
