1. “Celebrate Tazaungdaing Festival with KBZPay” Campaign from 4th November 2022 to 8th November 2022. .KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers will be able to participate and  collect colorful Balloons before the rewards opening days from 7th and 8th November 2022.
2. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need tot upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
3. During the Campaign period, Customers will have to collect five different  colored Balloons( yellow, green, red, blue, and purple) to get pocket money. 
4. In order to receive Balloons, customers will have to complete the tasks and open Mystery Boxes. After every completion of each task, customers will be able to open the Mystery Boxes and in the Mystery Box

• Different Colors of Balloons
• Cashback up to 100,000 MMK 
• 3,000 MMK Coupons from KBZPay Market 
• Coupons from 1875 will be included .  

Customers will be able to know the collected Balloons by checking the lighted Balloons in the campaign page. And for the cashback, it will be transferred directly to the customers’ KBZPay wallets and for the coupons, customers will be able to check  their coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”.  For 3,000 MMK coupons from KBZPay Market can be used for purchases worth 30,000 kyats or more.For the Coupons of 1875, there will be 3 different amounts such as 500 MMK, 1,500 MMK and 2,000 MMK. For every usage of +1 MMK exceeding the coupon amount, customers will be able to use the coupons from 1875.

5. Balloons can be collected through completing the tasks, through Social Media and KBZPay Connect or through sharing and receiving between friends. Although Balloons can be shared through social media and KBZ Connect, the shared link can only contain a maximum of 4 Balloons. If the participant only has 1 Balloon, it cannot be shared.
6. Customers who have collected the Balloons on 4th,5th and 6th of November can start collecting the rewards at 8:00 PM on 7th and 8th of November. The rewards can be collected at 8:00 PM on 7th and 8th of November. Rewards will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account prior to the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards.
7. Although the Customer collected 5 of the colorful Balloons, if the Customer does not collect the reward at 8:00 p.m, the Customer will have to wait until the next day to open the pocket money. If the colorful Balloons received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Balloons need to be collected from the beginning for the next pocket money opening day.
8. If Customers want to get a large amount of reward, the Customer can invite more users to open KBZPay Accounts, and if the invitees were successfully open as KBZPay level 1.5 or level 2 Customers, the Customer can collect more sets of colorful Balloons.
9. Depending on the number of invitees who successfully registered as KBZPay to level 1.5 or level 2 Customers, the invited Customer will also be eligible to participate in the Daily  Ranking List.
10. The ranking list can be viewed on KBZPay’s campaign page in real time every day, but rewards can only be received after successfully opening KBZPay to level 1.5 or 2, which requires approval by the KBZPay Operation Team. The final filter rankings will be revealed only in November ( 15 ), and only those rankings are valid.
11. The rewards for ranking list are as follows- 

• 1st on daily ranking list – 100,000 MMK
• 2nd on daily ranking list – 50,000 MMK
• 3rd on daily ranking list – 20,000 MMK
• 4th to 20th on daily ranking list – 5,000 MMK

12. The final weekly ranking list winners will get the rewards directly credited to their KBZPay wallets after 7 working days of final results. Although it is stated as 7 working days, KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify such time without prior notice to the Customer in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. 
13. Customers can get one merchant Discount Coupon by having one Balloon that can be used at the specified online/offline merchant payments.Coupons can be reused in accordance with the conditions described in clause (4). 
14. The coupon validity is 7 days and after 7 days, the coupons will become invalid. 
15. The coupons can only be used after paying with KBZPay QR Code at the respective merchants’ shops.
16. Participants are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their coupons as cash.
17. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
18. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause 14, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
19. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
20. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
21. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
23. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

6. To obtain a Spin Wheel chance, Customers will have to spend a minimum amount of 800 Kyats for a Mobile Legends : Bang Bang Gift Card purchase, even if after using Discount Coupons. Customers will not receive a Spin Wheel chance for Mobile Legends : Bang Bang Gift Card purchases of below 800 Kyats.

(For example, if A uses a 500 kyats Discount Coupon for a 1,500 kyats Mobile Legends : Bang Bang gift card purchase, it will cost 1,000 Kyats, and since that purchase is above 800 Kyats, A will get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel)

(For example, if B uses a 300 kyat Discount Coupon to purchase a 1,000 kyats Mobile Legends : Bang Bang Gift Card,  it will cost 700 Kyats, and since that purchase is below 800 Kyats, B will not get a chance to spin the Spin Wheel.)

8. KBZPay Customers will receive cashback rewards instantly into their KBZPay wallet and the Gift Card coupons can be checked under ‘My Coupon’ inside KBZPay app.  

9. The redeem code for the winners of Special Rewards can be found under ‘My Prizes’ and use the code to redeem the prize. The Redeem Code can be used until August 24, 2023. The winners are recommended to save the Redeem Code as when the Campaign period ends, ‘My Prizes’ Page containing the Redeem Code will disappear.

10. The purchased amount of Gift Card must be more than the Gift Card Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Gift Card Discount Coupon received.
    
11. The Discount Gift Card Coupons will expire after (7) days of receiving those coupons and Customers can reused the discount Gift Card Coupons for purchasing any type of Gift Card through KBZPay before the expiration date.
     
12. One Gift card coupon is eligible for  one time purchase and Customers can use only one Coupon for their purchase. 

13. KBZPay will not be held responsible for any errors in the prize drawn by the winner.

15. Customers are required to upgrade the KBZPay app to the latest version in order to participate in the campaign.

16. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 3. On the Campaign date, top-up from the Physical TopUp Card and E-load are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. If customers top-up for another number via KBZPay, the user who top up via KBZPay is eligible for the cashback. 
4. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
