• KBZPay cash in
• KBZPay cash out at Agent (Only from Monday to Saturday) (appointment needs to be taken from KBZPay branch appointment & Service charges will apply)
• KBZPay Onboarding and linking with bank account
• Data (KYC – update) : phone number change, PIN reset, etc

Customers are required to show the Branch Appointment Booking Confirmation at the KBZPay Center to cash out. The booking confirmation needs to be taken from the customer’s own KBZPay account and cannot have someone else cash out on behalf of the customers.

For KBZPay Customers in Myanmar, KBZPay Center from MICT has been moved to Times City for better services. KBZPay Centers are providing the below services daily 9:30 AM till 3:30 PM. The services you can get are:

For KBZPay Customers in Myanmar, we have expanded the cash out service in (14) KBZPay Centers.

Customers are required to show the Branch Appointment Booking Confirmation at the KBZPay Center to cash out the predetermined amount of 200,000 MMK per KBZPay Account. The booking confirmation needs to be taken from the customer’s own KBZPay account and cannot have someone else cash out on behalf of the customers.

KBZPay Customers in Myanmar can now cash out at all KBZPay Centers without booking an appointment starting from 16th May. Customers can get all the KBZPay services including cash out and onboarding service at the agents.The daily limit of cash in, cash out, and remittance per customer is the same as the standard daily limit of KBZPay blue apps. KBZPay customers who are Lv 1.5 and 2 can now book for branch appointments through the KBZPay app. Customers looking to make a withdrawal can book appointments via the KBZPay app under the ‘Branch Appointments’ function. Walk-in customers are accepted in all KBZ Branches between 9.30am – 3pm, for all transactions except for cash withdrawals.

Please note that cash withdrawal appointments are to be made from customers’ own KBZPay accounts. Customers are also required to add in the account number of their own bank account for withdrawal services.  Customers will not be able to perform cash withdrawal with confirmation made from other KBZPay accounts.
