“Buy travel tickets on JJ Express Mini App and win big prizes and 30,000 Ks Coupons” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Buy travel tickets on JJ Express Mini App and win big prizes and 30,000 Ks Coupons” as Campaign period  takes place from 16th May 2024 to14th June 2024
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Users need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Users  want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above.
  1. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Users  who purchase travel tickets from JJ Express Mini App under Mini App of KBZPay Application can win up one unit each of Samsung Galaxy A15, Samsung Galaxy  A05s, Samsung Galaxy  A05 and 50 tickets of JJ Express Mini App coupons. 
  2. During the Campaign period, if Users make a purchase and payment through any method other than JJ Express Mini App under Travel within the KBZPay Application’s Mini App, Users  will not be eligible to participate.
  3. Winners will be selected on 18th June and will be announced via LIVE at the JJ Express official Facebook Page and will be sent SMS directly to the  Winners’ phone mobile numbers.
  4. KBZPay Users will be notified through channels other than JJ Express Official Facebook Page and SMS sent by KBZPay, which will officially announce the Winners. KBZPay and JJ Express bear no responsibility for any issues arising from contacting alternate phone numbers and other methods.
  5. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZPay and/or merchants’ control, the Winner announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Users will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  7. Users  need to use the Travel  Coupons from 16th June to 16th July 2024. Coupons will expire after 30 days and  may not be able to use after 30  days.
  8. During this Campaign, the Winners of Samsung Phones are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prizes as cash.
  9. Winners of Samsung Galaxy A15, Samsung Galaxy  A05s, Samsung Galaxy  A05 and 50 tickets of JJ Express Travel  Coupons will be reached by KBZPay via SMS. Winnerscan claim their prize by sending the message to Messenger of JJ Express Official Facebook Page together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number, address and screenshot of travel history. Once checked and confirmed by JJ Express, Users  will be shared the address where they can claim the prize. For the Winners of travel coupons, they can received the coupon code to redeem after the confirmation via SMS.
  10. Samsung phones Winners  are required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (30) days. The Winner must come to the address specified by KBZPay  in person to collect the prize.The Winner will not be available to claim these prizes will be withdrawn by JJ Express  after the deadline. KBZ and JJ Express will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
  11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Userswill be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, KBZPay Users can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (9) and Clause (12)  if the Coupons are received on the last day of the Campaign.
  12. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign  for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  13. Users are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Users  who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  14. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Users  and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the User.
  15. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  16. KBZPay User  acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  17. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and Terms and Conditions of JJ Express shall also apply.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
