1. KBZPay Bank Account Linking Campaign period is from May 24, 2021 to June 7, 2021.
2. The purpose of KBZPay Bank Account Linking Campaign is for the 1.5 and 2 level Customers who link their KBZ Bank account with KBZPay via KBZPay blue app to see the benefits of easy cash in/cash out functions as well as to highlight one of the features of KBZPay. For KBZPay Customers who link their KBZPay with their own KBZ bank account or KBZ ATM card account for the first time will receive 1,000 MMK reward instantly into their KBZPay Wallet account.
3. KBZPay Customers will receive the 1,000 MMK reward as one time only after completing the KBZ bank account linking.
4. KBZPay cCustomers who have already linked their KBZ Bank account or ATM card account with KBZPay before, will not be eligible to receive the 1,000 MMK reward by unlinking and relinking the bank account to KBZPay.
5. Only Lv 1.5 and Lv 2 KBZPay customers who successfully link their own KBZ Bank account to KBZPay for the first time are eligible for the reward from this Campaign, and the Customers need to be minimum level 1.5. (if the Customers who are level 1 can make self-upgrade to level 1.5).
6. KBZPay Customers can also get help from KBZ employees for linking KBZPay to KBZ Bank accounts by accessing the Campaign through the campaign banner in the app. KBZPay Customers who linked their own KBZ bank account to KBZPay with the assistance of KBZ employees, will also be eligible for the 1,000 MMK reward during this Campaign.
7. KBZPay Customers will be able to link KBZ Individual Current Account, KBZ Individual Saving Account and KBZ Individual Call Account to the KBZPay account. (KBZPay may not be linked to any other bank account types other than the types of KBZ bank accounts mentioned in this paragraph.)
8. KBZPay Customers will receive 1,000 Kyats reward for linking their own KBZ bank account with KBZPay only during this Campaign period.
9. When KBZPay Customers link with KBZPay account to their own KBZ bank account, the Customers must enter their PIN number and the telephone number of the KBZ employee by themselves whenever Customers get the assistance of the KBZ employees. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
10. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during KBZPay Bank account linkage Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
11. Any dispute arises between the KBZPay Customers and KBZPay, if any, will be at the sole discretion of KBZ.
12. Customers shall not be entitled to any indemnity as a result of such unilateral cancellation and / or on variation in these terms and conditions.
13. KBZ reserves the right, at any time, for any reason and without any prior notice, to terminate and/or and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
14. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
