“Pay with KBZPay to win Dyson Airstriat and Cashback” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Flex with KBZPay and Feel the Dyson Airstrait” Campaign takes place from June 11th 2024 to June 20th 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 2 Customers to scan the relevant QR code at each T8 and Hair Republic branch and make a payment of 10,000 kyats or more with KBZPay to receive Cashback (Daily limited Cashback available) and received a Dyson Airstrait Straightener as a special prize.
  4. It will be eligible for cashback or Dyson lucky draws for their first payment only of 10,000 Kyats and above and every KBZPay Customer can participate one time per day during the Campaign period. However, there is a limited amount of cashback for each day, so if the Cashback amount exceeds that limit, the Customer won’t be able to get a Cashback. 
  5. During this Campaign, Cashbacks will not be available for purchases under 10,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with scan the relevant QR code at each T8 and Hair Republic branch.
  6. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  7. Customers will receive the random Cashback amount from 1,000 Ks to 2,500 Ks.
  8. Dyson Airstrait Straightener will be selected randomly within 10 days after the campaign ends date and the Winner of Dyson Airstrait Straightener is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  9. Winner of Dyson Airstrait Straightener will be announced via blue mark Official KBZPay Facebook Page and also be reached by KBZPay via SMS. He/she can claim their prize by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
  10. KBZPay Users will be notified through channels other than blue mark KBZPay Official Facebook Page and SMS sent by KBZPay, which will officially announce the Winners. KBZPay no responsibility for any issues arising from contacting alternate phone numbers and other methods.The Winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the Winner’s name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on KBZPay Official Facebook Page and KBZPay. 
  11. Dyson Airstrait Straightener Winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place within (10) days. The Winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
  12. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  13. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  14. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  15. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  16. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  17. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  2. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and T8 and Hair Republic Terms and Conditions  shall  apply.
  3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  4. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
