“Pay with KBZPayand grab a chance to win up to 500,000 Ks Cashback” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Pay with KBZPay and grab a chance to win up to 500,000 Ks Cashback” Campaign takes place from 8th February 2024 to 8th March 2024.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 successfully. 
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to receive Cashback rewards by making purchases at Flymya under “Travel” of KBZPay or from this merchant’s own application or website and successfully pay with KBZPay.
  4. Minimum purchase amount is not limited. For 50,000 Ks winners, a winner will be selected per day based on each day purchased reservation ID and a total of (30) winners will be selected for (30) days. For 500,000 Ks winners, a winner will be selected based on 10 days’ purchased reservation ID every 10 days and a total of 3 winners for 30 days.
  5. Previous 10 Days Reservation IDs won’t be counted on the next 10 Day selection. Those who have already won 50,000 Ks Cashback will still have the opportunity to participate in the selection of the 500,000 Ks Cashback.
  6. Flymya team will contact the winners via phone after the day you have purchased if you have become the winner. Cash Back will be transferred within two days of announcement via KBZPay Account.
  7. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
  8.  The winners  acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank and Flymya may use the winner’s name and photo to announce on social media and on the website. Winners must provide their photo to announce as winners on Flymya facebook page. A winner who does not provide a photo shall not be eligible for a Cashback and another winner shall be selected instead. The winners must follow the rules set by Flymya in order to receive the Cashback, and only the winners who comply with the rules shall be eligible to receive the Cashback.
  9. The purpose of this Campaign is to get Cashback to KBZPay Customers who purchase from Flymya. If there any issues arise between Customers and Flymya such as dispute over rewards, changing the date and time of flight tickets, hotel bookings and bus tickets purchased by the Customer, cancellation and/or refunds will be dealt with Flymya and the Customer.
  10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  11. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
  12. KBZ employees and Flymya employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  13. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  14. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  15. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  16. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
  17. All normal KBZPay and Flymya Terms and Conditions apply.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  19. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
