Win Up to 1 Million MMK Cashback While Travelling Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. “Win Up to 1 Million MMK Cashback While Travelling” Campaign  takes place from 10th March 2025 to 29th March 2025.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 and KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1  Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5.0 and above. 
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and KBZPay Level 2 Customers to purchase at one of  KBZPay Mini Apps under Travel Mini Apps of KBZPay can get a chance to spin the wheel and win the Cashback: 1,000,000 kyats, 100,000kyats,1,000kyats, 1,000 Ks Coupon,10,000 Ks Coupon,,100,000 Ks coupon and Thank You.
4. During the Campaign period, there are two different Travel Mini Apps Categories:those offering discount Travel Mini Apps and those selling regular Travel Mini App.The Customer who purchased at discount Travel Mini Apps shall be entitled to the respective Travel Mini App’s discounts and two (2) chance  to spin the wheel,while Customers purchasing at regular Travel Mini Apps shall be entitled to one (1) chance to spin the wheel.
5. There is no minimum purchase amount limitation to get a chance to spin the wheel.But Customers can get up to 6 chances(up to 4 chances for buying at Mini Apps Merchants with discount and up to 2 chances for buying at Regular-priced Mini Apps) to spin the wheel during Campaign period.
6. Customers can enjoy additional special discounts when they make purchases from the Mini Apps listed in the table below.

7. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ.
8. The Coupon received from this Campaign can be redeemed according to the below conditions.

 The Customers can access the coupon by navigating to “Coupons” in KBZPay. Each coupon is valid for 7 days starting from the date of receipt. According to the terms and conditions, the Customers  can  still redeem the coupon within the remaining  validity periods  even after the Campaign ends.

9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers who use KBZPay Application 5.5.0 and above version will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (8) if the Customers received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
10. Campaign is not available for the other payments aside from payment at Travel Mini Apps of KBZPay. 
11. If there arise any issues between the Customer and Mini Apps Merchants  such as date change and cancellation and/or refunds, such issues will be dealt with and contacted to the Mini Apps Merchants by the Customer . Customers must adhere to the decisions based on the terms and conditions of Mini Apps Merchant..
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles.
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
14. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any fraudulent activity in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activity in any form and/or manner.
15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
16. KBZ, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
17. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice. 
18. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and relevant Mini App Merchants  terms and conditions  shall  apply.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
20. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
21. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
