1. Enjoy the Trip with JJ Express Coupons at KBZPay Campaign takes place from 1st December 2023 to 31st December 2023.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.5 and above.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for all eligible KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to spin wheel and win Travel Discount Coupons ahead and can redeem at JJ Express under “Travel” of KBZPay using those Coupons to travel. The Coupons amount are as follows:

4. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers can get a chance to spin wheel and receive Travel Discount Coupons when one KBZPay Customers can enter a KBZPay application and get a Travel Discount Coupon until the specified number of Coupons remain. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. A KBZPay Customer can get three times during the  Campaign period.
5. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” and use the coupons by purchasing bus tickets via merchants: JJ Express under “Travel” of KBZPay. Customers can use only one Travel Coupon for one purchase or payment. Not valid unless purchased from JJ Express” under “Travel” of KBZPay application.
6. In order to use Travel Discount Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
   • At least 20,000 Ks for 1,500 Ks Discount Coupon
   • At least 30,000 Ks for 2,500 Ks Discount Coupon 
   • At least 40,000 Ks for 3,500 Ks Discount Coupon
   • At least 50,000 Ks for 4,500 Ks Discount Coupon  
7. Customers need to use the Discount Coupons within 10 days of receiving the Coupons. Coupons will expire after 10 days and they may not be able to use after 10  days.
8. During this Campaign, Coupon holders are not allowed to exchange or transfer as cash.
9. In case of any issues such as changes to locations, time, or refund requests for car tickets purchased through JJ Express under “Travel” of KBZPay Application; Customers must contact JJ Express directly and abide by JJ Express’s discretion.
10. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (7) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
11. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
12. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
14. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
15. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
16. The normal Terms and Conditions of KBZPay and the Terms and Conditions of JJ Express shall also apply.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

1. “Get MinTheinKha Reading with KBZPay and Enjoy 20% Discount” Campaign is from 23rd November 2023 to 30th November 2023.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
3. During the Campaign period, Customers will be able to enjoy a 20% discount for every service under MinTheinKha Baydin in the KBZPay Blue Application.
4. If there any issues arise between Customers and MinTheinKha Baydin such as changing the purchased service, cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by MinTheinKha Baydin and Customer.
5. In this Campaign, the payments with KBZPay via MinTheinKha Application will be eligible to enjoy a 20% discount. 
6. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign.

1. “Wepozt Mini App’s 500 Ks Promotion” Campaign is from 30th November to 3rd December 2023.
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
3. During the Campaign period, Customers will be able to get delivery service from 1 kg to 3 kg through the Wepozt Mini App in the KBZPay Blue Application for a delivery fee of 500 Kyats only. For every 1 kg of additional weight, Customers will be charged as per the prescribed charges.
4. One KBZPay account will be able to get the delivery service for only 500 Kyats up to a total of 3 orders during the Campaign period. If the order is canceled or rejected during the ordering process, that order will not be counted as a 500 Kyats delivery fee promotion that will be given by this Campaign.
5. In this Campaign, the orders for deliveries within Myanmar will be eligible but the orders for the airport, the ports and bus stations will not be eligible.
6. It is limited to 70 orders maximum per day to be able to get 500 Kyats delivery fees, and if the limit is exceeded, Customers will not be able to get the service with a delivery fee of 500 Kyats.
7. If there is any issue such as order cancellation (or) order rejection during the Campaign, the refund will be given only according to the paid amount.
8. If there any issues arise between Customers and Wepozt Mini App such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by Wepozt Mini App and Customer.
9. During the period when WePozt Delivery is responsible for the delivered items, otherwise, the items that have not yet been delivered, if any issues arise regarding the damage or loss of the delivered items, it will not be dealt with KBZPay and will only be dealt with Wepozt Mini App and Customers.
10. Getting the Insurance on the delivery of expensive items is at the discretion of the Customer, so the insurance fee is not applicable to this Campaign.
11. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay application to the latest version to participate in this Campaign.

13. The original delivery price will be charged as soon as the promotion period is ended. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.

2. In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.

3. The purpose of this Program is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to open gift boxes and win rewards such as cashbacks and coupons by making purchases at Merchants’ shops and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR  (or)manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) .

4. It will be eligible for the first payment of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will get a chance to open a gift box per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of coupons remain. 5. One KBZPay Account can only be able to receive only one gift box per day. Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” in the KBZPay App and Cashback will be credited instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this program. 
6. Customers can use only one coupon for one purchase or payment. In order to use Coupons, the minimum purchase amount has to be as below.
   • At least 5,000 Kyats for 200 Kyats Top Up Coupon
   • At least 10,000 Kyats for 500 Kyats Bill Payment Coupon 
   • At least 5,000 Kyats for 800 Kyats KBZPay Market Coupon

4. It will be eligible for the first payment of 15,000 Kyats and above, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the BreadTalk (or) pay to Merchant with shortcode and will get a chance to receive pocket money per KBZPay account in a day until the specified number of pocket money remain.

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchants and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
4. 11.11 Mega Sale offers special activities such as free delivery from 11th November 2023 till 20th November 2023, from 5 PM till 9 PM, daily first 200 orders on those days will be eligible for Free Delivery with no minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. There will be “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 3,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 3,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.
5. In the KBZPay Market’s 11.11 Mega Sale, “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held on 11th November 2023 10:00AM and the second time will be held on 16th November 2023 10:00PM. The Coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 11th November 2023 is from 11th November 2023 10:00 AM till 11th November 24:00 PM. The Coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 16th November 2023 is from 16th November 2023 10:00 PM till 17th November 2023 24:00 PM. The Coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of Coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the Coupon codes more than one time.
6. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
7. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “11.11 Mega Sale”.
8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZ. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation, technical errors, or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.

3. KBZPay Customers must carry out the tasks specified by KBZPay to receive the Football Jersey gift during the Campaign period.

Tasks are as follows;

Tasks (1) Click the Like button of the “Football Jersey Gift Campaign with Official Account” posted on the Football Official Account.

Tasks (2) Write the reason why the Customer like the Football Official Account in the comment.

4. Five (5) winners will be selected from those who commented and will be given a Football Jersey Gift.

5. The Football Jersey Gifts that are received as a gift will not be exchangeable.

6. It will not be considered to select as a winner if the information is not fully written.

7. In this Campaign, each KBZPay Customer will have a chance to participate in the Lucky Draw only once.

8. The Customer can participate in writing comments for Lucky Draw from November 3, 2023 to November 30, 2023 until 12:00 PM. Comments written after the deadline will not be considered.

9. The selected winners will be announced on December 7, 2023 with a notification from the Football Official Account.

10.  In this Campaign, Authentic Player Version Football Jerseys of the Specified Premier League Football Teams (Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea) will be given away. The Lucky Draw winners will be announced on the KBZPay Football Official Account and each individual will be contacted by SMS from KBZPay’s Official Channel. The winner must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and the last (4) digit phone number to announce on Football Official Account Page of KBZPay App. Winners must contact by sending an email to query@kbzpay.com with their personal information such as name, NRC, phone number and current address as well as the received verified SMS Screenshot. When KBZPay has received all necessary information, the winner will be notified the address where the gift can be collected when KBZPay has received all necessary information.

11.  The winner who is entitled to the Football Jersey Gift must collect the gift at the designated address within (14) business days. KBZPay will withdraw the Gift if the Customer are unable to come and claim it within the specified date. The Gift must be checked and accepted by the Winner during collection, and KBZ will not be held responsible for any defects in the Gift collected by the winner.

12.  Under this Campaign, the Football Jersey Gift winner shall not be allowed to exchange, transfer, assign or currency conversion of their gift.

13.  To participate in the Campaign, banners, notifications; KBZPay Official Account in KBZPay App and and can participate through social networks that have been invited.

14.  KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

15.  Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

16.  In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

17.   KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

18.   Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

19.   All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.

20.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

21.  KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ and selected Merchant shops will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.

22.  These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. Share Pocket Money with KBZPay and Receive a Lucky Reading from 1875 Campaign period is from November 1st, 2023 to November 15th, 2023.
   
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
   
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to select Pile Card reading for free after giving Pocket Money and get Coupons for the next purchase of 1875 Baydin services. 

4. During the Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 Customers can get one chance per day to select Pile Card reading for free after giving Pocket Money and get one 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon. 

5. The Discount Coupon amount of 1875 Baydin will be randomly offered and are as below:
   • 500Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
   • 800Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
   • 1,000Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
   • 1,500Ks worth 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon
6. KBZPay Customers will receive the 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon that can be checked under ‘My Coupon’ inside the KBZPay app.  

7. The purchased amount of 1875 Baydin services must be more than 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon amount when redeeming 1875 Baydin Discount Coupon received.
   
8. The 1875 Baydin Discount Coupons will expire after (14) days of receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing any services of 1875 Baydin through KBZPay before the expiration date.
    
9. One Discount Coupon is eligible for one time purchase and Customers can use only one Coupon for their purchase. 

10. Customers are required to upgrade the KBZPay app to the latest version in order to participate in the Campaign.

11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
