KBZPay Market “9.9 Super Sale” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay Market “9.9 Super Sale” Campaign will be started from 9 September 2022 till 16 September 2022. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is to enable KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above to participate in this 9.9 Sale Campaign and receive special discounts and enjoy free shipping for purchasing. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
  4. 9.9 Super Sale offers special activities such as free delivery for every purchase only on 9 September, free delivery with 30,000 Kyats minimum purchase from 10 to 16 September. For free delivery program and Shal Shawt Zay program during Campaign period, the maximum delivery fee is 10,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 10,000 Kyats, the customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee.
  5. Only first 1,000 orders will be eligible for the free delivery activity only on 9th September, 2022. Starts from 10th September 2022 till 16th September 2022, the free delivery with the minimum purchase of 30,000 Kyats will be eligible only for the first 1,000 purchases.In 9.9 Super Sale “Shal Shawt Zay” Activity, the coupon code of the products can be used only once per customers with limited numbers of coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the coupon codes more than one time.
  6. For the first time customers of KBZPay Market, the coupons are limited to 500 in quantity. The coupons are eligible for the minimum purchases of 5,000 Kyat with the discount of 2,000 Kyat starts from 10th September, 2022 till 16th September, 2022. The coupons can be use only once per customer. Customers are not eligible to use the coupon codes more than one time.
  7. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “9.9 Super Sale”.
  8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage as their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. However KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  10. Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
  11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within specify deliverty timelinefor the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which actually need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
  14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these terms and conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
  15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  16. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  18. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  19. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice
  20. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.
  23. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

KFC Cashback Campaign Terms and Conditions

 

  1. KFC Cashback Campaign will take place from 1st September 2022 to 1st October 2022. 
  1. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay app version has to be 5.1 and above.
  1. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible participants in this Campaign.
  1. Cashback are as follows,
  • Per payment transaction for purchased Order total amount between 3,000 – 5,500 MMK can get 100 MMK cashback
  • Per payment transaction for purchased Order total amount between 5,501 – 8,000 MMK can get 300 MMK cashback
  • Per payment transaction for purchased Order total amount between 8,001 – 10,000 MMK and above can get 500 MMK cashback
  1. Participants of this Campaign will not be able to receive any Cashback for purchases and payments of less than 3,000 Kyats per transaction.
  1. There are no limitations in the number of times that Customers can get cashback for the purchase of KFC Menu from one KBZPay Account during the Campaign period. However, only Customers who purchase through the KFC Mini App on the KBZPay Application and pick up their orders by themselves will be eligible for this Campaign.
  1. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide cashback to Customers that use KFC Mini App in KBZPay to order KFC Menu. Once Customers make the payment or ordered, they cannot be able to change or cancel of menu or refund requests.

  1. Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Coupons and Cashback Campaign is from 28th August 2022 till 27th November 2022. 
  1. The purpose of “Collect top up points with KBZPay to win Discount Coupons and Cashback” Campaign is for all KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers to enjoy benefits as they can redeem points into  discount coupons or point redeem through spinwheel. Moreover customers can participate in ranking and get cashback with collected points in 15 days .
  1. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
  1. KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers will get 1% of top up and data packages purchased as points during the Campaign period.
  1. Customers can use their collected points at spin wheel to win points(or) redeem coupons with collected points. Moreover customers can participate in ranking and get cashback with collected points from top up only in 15 days.

၃။ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အရေအတွင် ပြည့်မှီသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကို SMS နှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် Apps ( In App Notification) မှ တဆင့် အကြောင်းကြားပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရရှိသော အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ကို ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ၏ KBZPay စာရင်းထဲ ( Agent Wallet) သို့ (လစဉ်) ပထမ အပတ် သို့ ဒုတိယ အပတ်အတွင်း တိုက်ရိုက် ထည့်သွင်းပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် နှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ မသမာမှု ( သို့မဟုတ်) အငြင်းပွားမှု တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက KBZPay တစ်ဦးတည်း၏ အဆုံးအဖြတ်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် KBZPay သည် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအား ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် Account နှင့် ပါတ်သက်သည့် မည်သည့် အချက်အလက်များကို မျှ တောင်းခံမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

၅။ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် အစီအစဉ် တွင် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ မှ တဆင့်ငွေလွှဲခြင်း ( OTC Only) လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပြီး ဘဏ်အကောင့်မှ ငွေလွှဲခြင်း ၊ ဘဏ်အကောင့်သို့ ငွေလွှဲခြင်း နှင့် customer အကောင့်သို့ ငွေသွင်းခြင်း နှင့် အခြားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ အကျုံးဝင်မဟုတ်ပါ။

၆။ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် ပေးအပ်သောကာလအတွင်းမည်သည့် လိမ်လည် လှည့်ဖျားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း မပြုရန် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအား တားမြစ်ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှု အားမည်သည့် ပုံစံမျိုး နှင့်မဆို ကျုးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်းခံရသည့် မည်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကို မဆို KBZPay က ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်း ၊ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် ပေးအပ်မှုကို ငြင်းဆိုခြင်း လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၇။ တစ်ဖက်သက် ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း ၊ ဤ စည်းမျဉ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအရလည်းကောင်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အနေဖြင့် မည်သည့် လျှော်ကြေးကိုမျှ ခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ၊

၈။ KBZPay သည် မည်သည့် အချိန်တွင်မဆို ၊ မည်သည့် အကြောင်းကြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှ မလုပ်ဘဲ ၊ မည်သည့် စည်းမျဉ်း နှင့် စည်းကမ်းကိုမဆို ရပ်စဲခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် အစီအစဉ်ကို ရုပ်သိမ်းခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့်နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းလဲ၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၉။ KBZPay ၏ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူညီချက်တွင် ပါဝင်သော ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်း နှင့် စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်း အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။

၁၀။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေ နှင့် အညီ အဓိပ္ပာယ် ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။

KBZPay Market “Free Delivery” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay Market “Free Delivery” Campaign will be started from 19 August 2022 till 6 September 2022. The delivery coverages that are eligible to this Campaign are the whole country, Myanmar.
    The Free Delivery Campaign is valid for all purchases with a maximum delivery fee of 10,000 Kyats. If the delivery fee exceeds 10,000 Kyats, the customer has to pay the remaining delivery fee.
  2. The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to 5.1 version and above. The KBZPay Customers Level 1 and above are eligible to participate in the campaign. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “Free Delivery”.
  1. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for delivery of these orders to the Customer.
  2. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage as their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZPay Market. However KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
  3. Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any discontinuation or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign (either planned or unplanned).
  4. KBZPay and merchants will endeavor to deliver the products in accordance with this Campaign for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
  5. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
  6. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which actually need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
  7. KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions until the termination to this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these terms and conditions will be expired at the termination date to this Campaign.
  8. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  9. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during  this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  12. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice
  13. All normal KBZPay terms and conditions apply.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.
  16. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
