1. Pay with KBZPay at Pro 1 and enjoy Coupon and Cashback Campaign period is from 19th January, 2024 to 21st January, 2024.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to receive 3,000 Ks Discount Coupon and extra Cashback when the KBZPay Customers scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at Pro 1 shops.
4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign and Cashback will be credited directly to the KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Discount Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank. Discount Coupons will expire after 11:59PM, 21st January of receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing through KBZPay QR Scan payment at Pro 1 shops before the expiration date.
5. Customers need to share Discount Coupon to their social media to activate to use it.
6. Cashback Amounts are as follows,

Regardless of the  Cashback amount or Discount Coupon shown above, if the Discount Coupon specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached “Thank You” will be returned and if the  Cashback amount specified by KBZPay for this Campaign period is reached for any payment exceeding 200,000 Kyats, “Thank You” will be returned.

7. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 200,000 Kyats per transaction to get Cashback and only Discount Coupons are available to use for under 200,000 Kyats per transaction. Cashback and Discount Coupon are not available for purchases pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of Pro 1.
8. Participants in this Campaign will be entitled to receive one (1) Discount Coupon for one KBZPay account during the Campaign period and one (1) Cashback at Pro 1 stores for specified purchase payments.

9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
10. Customers can learn about Campaign starting from 18th January 2024, from Campaign page under KBZPay Application. Cashback and Discount Coupons can be claimed starting from 19th January 2024. 
11. If there any issues arise between Customers and Pro 1 such as exchange or refunds will be dealt with by Pro 1 and Customer.
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
14. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
15. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

1. KBZPay QR Week Program takes place on 20th January, 27th January and 3rd February, 10th February 2024 (Four Saturdays).
2. In order to participate in this Program, KBZPay Customers need to be KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level 2 and if KBZPay Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Program, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or KBZPay Level  2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.1 and above.
3. The purpose of this Program is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get a chance to open gift boxes and win rewards such as Cashbacks by making purchases at Merchants’ shops every Saturdays and Pay with KBZPay by scanning Merchant’s KBZPay QR (or) with Customer Present QR (or) manually adding shortcode of merchant’s shop (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay).
4. It will be eligible for the first payment of 30,000 Kyats or more, and also payments by scanning the KBZPay QR Code of the Merchant (or) with Customer Present QR (or) pay to merchant with shortcode (or) Own Scan (Micro Pay) and will randomly get a chance to open a gift box per KBZPay account in a day until the limited gift boxes remain. 
5. One KBZPay Account can only be able to receive only one gift box per day. Customers will be able to get their ashback instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Program and it can be checked under “History”. Cashback rewards are

2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, Customers will need to upgrade Customers KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to get a chance to spin wheel by entering to KBZPay Campaign page and receive cashback when the Customers make the payments with KBZPay via Shwe Nar Sin Application.
4. Cashback will be credited directly to the Customer’s KBZPay Wallet account of eligible participants in this Campaign. The Cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

1. ‘New Year Prediction with Min Thein Kha’ Campaign period is from 11th January 2024 to 24th January 2024.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or Level 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is for Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to get one chance unveiling new year prediction and one Min Thein Kha Coupon for free upon the next purchase of Min Thein Kha services. 
4. During the Campaign period, one KBZPay Customer can get one chance unveiling new year prediction and one Min Thein Kha Coupon (until the Coupons are available) from the KBZPay Blue Application.
5. The Discount Coupons amount of Min Thein Kha will be randomly offered and are as below:
   • 500Ks worth Discount Coupon
   • 800Ks worth Discount Coupon
   • 1,000Ks worth Discount Coupon
   • 1,500Ks worth Discount Coupon
6. KBZPay Customers will receive the Discount Coupon that can be checked under ‘My Coupon’ inside the KBZPay app.  
7. The purchased amount of Min Thein Kha services must be more than Discount Coupon amount when redeeming the Discount Coupon received.
8. The Discount Coupons will expire after (3) days of receiving those Coupons and Customers can reuse these for purchasing any services of Min Thein Kha through KBZPay before the expiration date.
9. One Discount Coupon is eligible for one time purchase and Customers can use only one Coupon for their purchase. 
10. Customers are required to upgrade the KBZPay app to the 3.0.3 version in order to participate in the Campaign.
11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
12. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information.

1. The “KBZPay Kyo Phyae” Campaign period is from 2nd to 31st January 2024.
2. This Campaign is exclusively available to KBZ Payroll Customers and KBZ Bank employees who have  KBZPay Level 2 accounts for more than 6 Months.
3. To participate in this Campaign, you need to make a minimum Top-up Amount of 3,000 MMK with KBZPay within 90 days.
4. Throughout the Campaign duration, you can get a 1,000 MMK  KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” emergency phone bill loan and repay it after the 7-day grace period, with no service fee of 60 MMK.
5. During this Campaign period, KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” available emergency phone bill loans are 1,000 MMK(service fee 60MMK), 2,000 MMK (service fee 90 MMK), and 3,000 MMK (service fee 120MMK).
6. After getting a KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” emergency phone bill loan, you will be entitled to receive free service fee of 60 MMK, but only if you repay it within 30 days.
7. For designated KBZ Payroll Customers and KBZ Bank employees, emergency phone bill loan amounts of 1,000 kyats, 2,000 kyats, and 3,000 kyats are available, respectively, subject to eligibility criteria.
8. If the eligible Customer has obtained the KBZPay “Kyo Phyae” service during the Campaign period, such Customers will have the privilege of waiving a 60 MMK service fee for their repayment, and this right can only be available one time within the Campaign period.
9. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
10. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles, and invitation links from social media. 
11. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
12. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

၁။ KBZPay နဲ့အလှဆုံးစီခြယ် ဆုယူမယ် Campaign ကို ၂၀၂၄ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှ ၂၀၂၄ခုနှစ် မတ်လ ၃၁ ရက်နေ့ အထိ ပြုလုပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂။ KBZPay ကုန်သည်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအဖြစ် တရားဝင်မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားရှိသော ဆိုင်များသာ ယခု Campaignတွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Campaignတွင်ပါဝင်လို သော ဆိုင်များအ နေဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ KBZpay Agent/Merchant Account register ပြုလုပ်ထားသော ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ဖြင့် လစဥ် ပထမ ရက် ၂၀ အတွင်း ဆက်သွယ်စာရင်း ပေးပို့ ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ KBZPay ကြော်ငြာပစ္စည်းအား တောင်းခံလိုပါက  Call Center-3212 (သို့ ) KBZPay Center   မှတဆင့်​ (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာမြို့နယ် TSE များ မှတဆင့် ဆက်သွယ်တောင်းယူနိုင်ပြီး ဆိုင်၏ အကျယ်အဝန်းနှင့် အနေအထား ပေါ်မူတည်၍ လုံလောက်သောကြော်ငြာပစ္စည်းများအား ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။ Campaign တွင် ပါဝင်ရန်အတွက် ကြော်ငြာပစ္စည်းများအား KBZPayထံမှ‌ တောင်းခံထားသော်လည်း Campaign ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ ကြော်ငြာပစ္စည်းများအား အမှန်တကယ် ခင်းကျင်းထားခြင်းမရှိသော Merchant နှင့် Agent ဆိုင်များသို့ ပေးအပ်ထားသော ကြော်ငြာပစ္စည်းများအား KBZPay မှ ပြန်လည်တောင်းခံခြင်းပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပြီး စည်းကမ်းချက်နှင့်မကိုက်ညီသော Merchant နှင့် Agent ဆိုင်များအား Campaign တွင် ပါဝင်ခွင့်အား KBZPay မှ ပြန်လည်ရုတ်သိမ်းခွင့်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၆။ အပိုဒ် (၂) တွင်ဖေါ်ပြထားသော သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်မကိုက်ညီသော ဆိုင်များသည် ဤ Campaign ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရရှိနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ထို့အပြင် KBZ သည် Campaignတွင် ပါဝင်ရန်တောင်းဆိုလာသည့် ကုန်သည်များနှင့်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအား KBZ ၏တစ်ဦးတည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ဖြင့် လက်ခံခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ငြင်းပယ်ခြင်းအားလည်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။။

၇။ ဤ Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်လိုသော ကုန်သည်များနှင့်  ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များသည် မိမိတို့ အလှဆင်ထားသော ဆိုင်ဓါတ်ပုံများအား TSEမှ Note Cam ဖြင့် ဓာတ်ပုံမှတ်တမ်း  ရိုက်ယူပြီး  QR Scan &  Drive မှတဆင့် ဆိုင်၏ အချက်အလက်များကို “KBZPay နဲ့ အလှဆုံးစီခြယ် ဆုယူမယ်” Campaign Photo submission form တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာဖြည့်သွင်း​ပေးပို့ ပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

၈။ ဤ Campaign မှ  အနိုင်ရရှိသောဆုငွေများကို ပါဝင်ယှဥ်ပြိုင်​သောလ၏ တဆက်တည်းဖြစ်​သော ပြက္ခဒိန်လ၏ ၁၅ရက်​နေ့ အတွင်း ဆုရရှိ​သော ကုန်သည်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းသုံး E Money Wallet အကောင့်ထဲသို့ ထည့်သွင်းပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁၀။ အကယ်၍ ကုန်သည်များ (သို့) ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၏ဆိုင်သည် Monthly Winnerတစ်ကြိမ်ဆုရရှိပြီးပါက ​နောက်လ Monthly Winner ဆု​ရွေးချယ်မှု အတွက် ပါဝင်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။   Monthly Winner ဆုမရရှိ​သေး​သော ဆိုင်များအ​နေဖြင့် ရရှိနိုင်ရန်အတွက် campaign ကာလမပြီးဆုံးခင်အထိ လစဥ်ပါဝင် ယှဥ်ပြိုင်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁၁။ ဤ Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သော Agent နှင့် Merchant များသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ဆိုင်များတွင် KBZPay ၏ ကြော်ငြာ ပစ္စည်းများအား Campaignကာလ ပြီးဆုံးသည်အထိ တပ်ဆင် ထားရှိပေးရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

၁၂။   Campaignတွင် အကျုံးဝင်​သောမြို့နယ်များအား သတ်မှတ်ထားရှိပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါသောကြောင့် ဤ Campaign တွင် ပါဝင်လိုသော Agent နှင့် Merchant များအနေဖြင့် Call Center, KBZPay Center နှင့် Township TSEs များသို့ဆက်သွယ်၍ အကျုံးဝင်သော မြို့နယ်များအား မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

၁၃။ ဤ Campaign ကာလအတွင်း KBZPay ကုန်သည်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များအနေဖြင့် ဤစည်းမျဥ်း စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်ပါအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို ရရှိနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Campaign ကာလ ကုန်ဆုံးသည် နှင့်တပြိုင်နက် အဆိုပါအခွင့်အရေးများလည်း ကုန်ဆုံးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

၁၄။ KBZ ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် Campaign တွင်ပါဝင်သူများအားဆက်သွယ်ပြီး ၎င်းတို့၏ OTP, PIN သို့မဟုတ် KBZPay အကောင့်နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် မည်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်ကိုမျှ တောင်းခံမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

၁၅။   ဤ Campaignကာလအတွင်း မည်သည့်လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားမှုမျိုးကိုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တားမြစ်ထား ပါသည်။ လိမ်လည်မှုအား မည်သည့်ပုံစံမျိုးဖြင့်မဆို ကျူးလွန်သည်ဟု သံသယဖြစ်ခြင်း ခံရသည့် မည်သူ့ကိုမဆို KBZPay က ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

၁၆။   ဤ Campaign နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူများ နှင့် KBZPay တို့အကြား အငြင်းပွားမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပါက ထိုအငြင်းပွားမှုအား KBZPay၏ တာဝန်ရှိသူများမှ ပြဌာန်းဥပဒေအရ အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ရထိုက်ခွင့်ရှိသည့် အခွင့်အရေးအား ထိခိုက်နစ်နာမှုမရှိစေရန် သေချာစွာ စိစစ်၍ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ 

၁၇။ KBZPayသည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို တစ်စုံတစ်ရာသော အကြောင်းကြောင့် အသိပေး အကြောင်းကြားနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိဘဲ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်း နှင့် စည်းကမ်းများကို ပြင်ဆင် ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း၊ ရပ်စဲခြင်း နှင့်၊ သို့မဟုတ် Campaign အား ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် နှင့် Campaign နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အကျိုးခံစားခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာများအား ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်နှင့်၊ သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်၊ ဖြည့်စွက်၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့် တို့အား အခြေအနေအရ ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည်။

၁၈။  KBZPay အနေဖြင့် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာသောအကြောင်းကြောင့် အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ဤ Campaignအား ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း၊ ရပ်စဲခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) စည်းကမ်းချက်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း ကြောင့် KBZPay အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် လျော်ကြေးတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ရပိုင်ခွင့်မရှိသည်ကို သိရှိသဘောတူပါသည်။  

၁၉။   KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ကုန်သည်များနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ လိုက်နာရမည့် KBZPay ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် စည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များလည်း အကျုံးဝင်စေရမည်။ 

၂၀။   ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့်စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များအား ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၏ ဥပဒေများက လွှမ်းမိုးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယင်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရမည်။ 

၂၁။   KBZ သည် COVID-19 ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ သို့မဟုတ် KBZအနေဖြင့် ထိန်းချုပ်၍မရသော အခြေအနေနှင့်မမျှော်မှန်းနိုင်သော သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ် ဖြစ်ရပ်များ ဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသည့် မည်သည့်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုမျိုးကိုမဆို အခြေအနေ အရပ်ရပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။ ထိုမမျှော်မှန်းနိုင်သော ဖြစ်ရပ်များ ဆက်လက်ဖြစ်ပျက်နေစဉ် ကာလအတွင်း ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များတွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းရန်၊ ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် KBZ သို့မဟုတ် မိတ်ဖက်ဆိုင်များ မှ ပျက်ကွက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် နှောင့်နှေးခြင်းများအတွက် KBZ သို့မဟုတ် မိတ်ဖက်ဆိုင်များ အနေဖြင့် အသုံးပြုသူများအပေါ်တွင်ဖြစ်စေ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားမည်သည့် လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဉီးဉီးအပေါ်တွင် ဖြစ်စေ တာဝန်ရှိစေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ အား ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု မှတ်ယူခြင်းမရှိစေရပါ။

1. “Collect KBZPay’s Christmas Presents and share up to 150 Million Kyats New Year Pocket Money” Campaign from 23rd December 2023 to 1st January 2024. 
2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate and collect Christmas Decorations before the pocket money opening days from 24th to 25th December 2023 and from 31st December 2023 to 1st January 2024.

6. After every completion of each task, Customers will be able to receive points and decorations and can spin the wheel with the points and have a chance to win special prizes. To spin the Spin Wheel, Customers must have a minimum of 10 points. Upon each spin, 10 points will be automatically deducted from the Customer’s total points.

6.1 200Kyats, 500Kyats and 1,000Kyats Topup Coupons

6.3 200Kyats, 500Kyats and 1,000Kyats Bill Payment Coupons will be included. 

7. Customers will be able to know the collected Christmas decorations by checking the lighted Christmas Decorations on the Campaign page. Cashbacks will be delivered directly instantly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. The Cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.

8. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days. Coupons will expire after (7) days and they may not be able to use after (7) days.

9. For 200Kyats Topup Coupons can be used for purchases worth 2,000 Kyats or more, 500Kyats Topup Coupons can be used for purchases worth 4,000 Kyats or more, and 1,000Kyats Topup Coupons can be used for purchases worth 8,000 Kyats or more. For 200 Kyats Bill Payment Coupons can be used for bill payments worth 10,000 Kyats and more, 500 Kyats Bill Payment Coupons can be used for bill payments worth 20,000 Kyats and more, 1,000 Kyats Bill Payment Coupons can be used for bill payments worth 50,000 Kyats and more. For 200Kyats KBZPay Market Coupons can be used for purchases worth 5,000 Kyats and more, 500Kyats KBZPay Market Coupons can be used for purchases worth 8,000 Kyats and more, 1,000Kyats KBZPay Market Coupons can be used for purchases worth 15,000 Kyats and more.

10. Christmas Decorations can be collected through completing the tasks, through Social Media and KBZPay Connect or through sharing and receiving between friends. Although Christmas Decorations can be shared through Social Media and KBZ Connect, the shared link can only contain a maximum of 3 Gifts and the receiver can collect only one gift. If the participant only has 1 decoration, it cannot be shared.

11. Customers who have collected the decorations on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st of December 2023, and 1st of January 2024 can start collecting the pocket money at 8:00 PM from 24th to 25th of December 2023 and 31st December 2023 to 1st January 2024. Pocket money will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account before the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards.

12. Although the Customer collected 5 of the Christmas Decorations, if the Customer does not collect the pocket money at 8:00 PM, the Customer will have to wait until the next day to open the pocket money. If the Christmas Decorations received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Christmas Decorations need to be collected from the beginning for the next pocket money opening day.

13. Special Prize Winners will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC, phone number and current address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.

14. Special Prize Winners are required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (10) days after receiving the confirmation SMS. Winners will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.

15. Coupon winners and special prize winners are not permitted to exchange, transfer or convert the Coupons and prizes they have received into cash.

16. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from Social Media. 

17. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause 8, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.

18. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

19. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

20. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

21. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 

22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

23. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions apply.

24. These Terms and Tonditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

25. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
26. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

1. Pay with KBZPay at selected shops Campaign period is from 13th Jan to 13th Feb, 2023.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this campaign is to receive the Discount  Coupons when the Customers make the scan the KBZPay QR Code and make payments at selected Merchant shops.
4. Discount Coupons will be credited directly to the KBZPay app “My Coupons” under “My Profile” of eligible participants in this Campaign.

6. To participate in this Campaign, Customers need to purchase and pay with QR Code a minimum amount of 3,000 Kyats per transaction. Discount Coupons are not available for purchases under 3,000 Kyats and pay with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of the selected Merchant.
7. Participants of this Campaign will get the chance to receive (3) Discount Coupons with one device per day from selected shops. However, they only have the chance to receive

50,000Ks DiscountCoupon for one 30,000 Ks transaction per day.  

8. Participants in the Campaign may only use one Discount Coupon per phone number, and each Discount Coupon has a seven-day expiration date.
9. If you have already used the previously specified Discount Coupon in the transaction, you are still eligible to receive it again if the next transaction results in a purchase of the specified amount of money.
10. All selected Merchant shops taking part in the Campaign now accept Discount Coupons.
11. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Level  1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause 8 if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
12. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. 
13. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

1. “12.12 Grand Sale” Campaign will be started from 12th December 2023 till 21st December 2023. The delivery coverages that are eligible for this Campaign are the whole country of Myanmar.
2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 2 and if Level 1 or Level 1.5 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to KBZPay Level 2 successfully.
3. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide special discounts and enjoy free shipping for KBZPay Customers using KBZPay Application version 5.1 and above who purchasing from Merchants and making payment with KBZPay.The Customers need to upgrade their KBZPay Application to the 5.1 version and above.
4. 12.12 Grand Sale offers special activities such as free delivery on 12th December, 14th December, 16th December, 18th December, 20th December and 21st December 2023, from 4 PM till 9 PM, daily first 200 orders on those days will be eligible for Free Delivery with no minimum purchase on KBZPay Market. The maximum delivery fee for free delivery is 3,000 Kyat. If the delivery fee exceeds 3,000 Kyats, the Customer has to pay the remaining exceed delivery fee. And there will be “Hottest Deals in Town” program during the Campaign period. 
5. In the KBZPay Market’s 12.12 Grand Sale, “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held two (2) times during this Campaign period. The first time “Hottest Deals in Town” activity will be held on 12th December 2023 12:00PM and the second time will be held on 17th December 2023 19:00PM. The Coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 12th December 2023 is from 12th December 2023 12:00 PM till 12th December 24:00 PM. The Coupons code validity date and duration of the “Hottest Deals in Town” that starts on 17th December 2023 is from 17th December 2023 19:00 PM till 18th December 2023 24:00 PM. The Coupon code of the products can be used only once per Customer with limited numbers of Coupon codes. Customers are not eligible to use the Coupon codes more than one time.
6. The Coupon received by the Customer can be used in purchasing from Merchants on the KBZPay Market and the Customer’s purchase amount must be more than the Coupon amount.
7. Customers can purchase the products from the selected Merchants via KBZPay Market from KBZPay App mini icon, KBZPay Home page banner, KBZPay Market Facebook, Viber, and KBZPay Market Official Account (5.1 version and above) for the “12.12 Grand Sale”.
8. The products included in the Campaign may be limited in quantity and Customers need to purchase immediately. KBZPay will not be considered as successfully purchasing a Customer’s order without sending an order confirmation from KBZPay to the Customer and these orders can be canceled by the Merchant at any time. KBZPay will not be responsible for the delivery of these orders to the Customer.
9. KBZPay Market is the marketplace where Merchants can manage their own stores. The cancellation that happens from the Merchants’ side will not take any responsibility from KBZ. However, KBZPay Market will take action against the Merchant who cancels without reasonable or credible reason and other bad behavior based on the rules and regulations set by the KBZPay Market.
10. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that KBZ shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any discontinuation, technical errors, or inability to access the Services provided to the Customers under this Campaign.
11. KBZPay and Merchants will endeavor to deliver the products within the specified delivery timeline for the purchased products of Customers who purchased from the specified townships, however, KBZPay and Merchants will not be liable if Merchants cannot deliver the products to the Customers due to force majeure events beyond the control of the KBZPay and Merchants.
12. KBZPay and Merchants shall have the right to return the products that cannot be delivered on time to the Customer due to force majeure events beyond the control of KBZPay and Merchants at any reasonable time or to refund the Customers for such products, at the discretion of KBZPay and Merchants.
13. If there is a problem related to cancellation, return, fraud case, and unqualified products, the Customer must submit to the Merchant through KBZPay Market within 48 hours after receiving the products. The Merchant shall be responsible for the exchange or refund of the products which need to be exchanged. If there is a dispute about the products between the Merchants and Customers, the KBZPay Marke decision will be final.
14. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Application 5.1 and above version Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions until the termination or at the end of this Campaign, and all benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions will be expired at the termination or the end of this Campaign.
15. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
16. KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
17. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
18. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
19. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
20. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of the Merchants apply.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
22. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
23. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
